When then did their fancy scan a month ago, at checkout the young lady who insisted I pay $3k up front told me nex time there would be no charge. Today when I checked out, there was a different person who said I owed $250. I questioned that stating I was told previously no charge. In a nasty attitude she told me I had signed a treatment statement for stated amount. In other words they LIED previously. There's a new practice not too far away. Time to look for a new dentist. Unfortunately I like my dentist, hygienist and the other people, but the bitch at checkout and their high prices leave no other option.

I used to be a patient of Dr. Hampton but ever since he went part time, and sold the office, this place has gone straight into the gutter. I went in for a routine cleaning and was charge over 400. I have 2 dental insurances and they messed up on the billing. I went in to the office to figure out what was going on, and spoke to the office manager, but have yet to receive a response. However, today I get another bill for 39 for a supposed no-show fee, in which my husband physically walked in to the office to cancel the appointment. We made a detour just to stop and cancel it so we knew it would be cancelled, or so we thought. I don't know where or how things can get so messed up with the billing when you go and talk to someone in person... this is ridiculous. I would highly, highly not recommend coming to this place unless you don't mind driving 30 minutes out of your way to talk to people who don't seem to listen.

After I went to them I found out that a doctor signed off of my service which was not in Humana network. Now I have to suffer and not get my partial until they work it out with Humana. Meanwhile I am waiting until they straighten out the issue. It has been a month and two days of my service and I still haven't heard anything. I went by their office and they said they were waiting to hear from their company. Until I hear from them the charges are on me and I have insurance. They said this isn't my fault, which I agree. I wouldn't know which doctor is out of network with Humana. It is their job to let me know. Why would I pay out of pocket when I have insurance. I been with Humana for years and never had this problem.

Update: Almost half a year later and I'm still receiving bills for a service that was never done…read more.. You have a signed consent on file to pull the "Medical Records" which would prove the service was never done.... However rather than help your patients you rather not. Must be terribly daunting. I office is new but super clean and professional! I love all the bobble heads (which are in all the offices) and I love the whole set up! They even have tvs above you as your getting treatments done! I don't have insurance but they do offer an in house discount plan which will help if you need work done and includes 2 yearly cleanings and xrays etc. I got my first xray and exam for free which is the reason why I went! I was able to get an appointment very quickly as well. I will be returning in a few days for my cleaning and treatments. Where was this place 2 years ago!?! lol UPDATE: So far, I've gotten a cleaning as well as a deep cleaning and my feelings are even better about this place! No complaints! They do wonderful work and love the staff! Will be returing!

They didn't even have the decency to call me to cancel the appointment. They chose to send a text. For what, so you can cancel my appointment again?! No thank you. Don't waste your time.
