It was not until I got the invoice that a positive experience turned into a disgusting experience. Lots of hidden fees that were not disclosed when I booked the service call. For example: A 5% fee for using a credit card! A $30 "travel time" charge! A $10 "truck fee" what the heck is that? These people, who took over the reputable business of D and S plumbing, should be avoided . I will advise the Friendship Club in our Del Webb community at Lake Providence to advise the 1,100 homeowners accordingly. What a horrible and unpleasant experience this was.
