Been a customer of hunters for over the past 30 years. However recently I had to deal with the parts department on a very simple part . Was told the part was being ordered and I would be contacted when it was available. Over the past month and a half. I left two messages regarding this and never received a call back. Finally got a hold of the parts department and was told that the part was discontinued and that's why I never got a call. To me that is not acceptable customer service. On top of that the person I spoke to in the parts department was extremely rude and condescending. I'm extremely disappointed with how this was handled and as a loyal customer would expect more from a small family business.

Went with Hunters, which has been great so far. We also tried to go through Pentair claims seeing if they would help us and they denied our claim saying the pool heater was not installed properly. Guess who did the install? Aqua Masters (Pentair authorized).
