The flowers were delivered in a timely manner and were simply beautiful. They remained on the alter from Friday ( ceremony day) to Sunday and still looked great . We had three arrangements made there recently for a family member's funeral. Two were very nicely done. The third was chosen from a picture on Covent Garden's website called How Sweet It Is. The premium is what we paid for, substituting yellow roses for the orange. It lists $90 online but we were charged $100. We basically paid $100 plus $8 tax for 13 roses and a few filler flowers. This is what we wanted and this is what we got. We should have gone with our gut and bought just roses as we would have gotten 18 roses plus fillers for the same price. read more

Growing up I used to drive by this florist in it's first location. They moved when the giant Kroger's was built and are now located on the corner of Sutton and Salem. Every few weeks the window display changed, it was always fun to see the new window display! It always reflects the season, weather, or upcoming holidays. One of my favorites was the a rained theme one with green frog umbrellas. My mother loved it so much she went in and bought one of the umbrellas. Covent Garden offers the usual flower services such as arrangements, delivery, weddings, funerals, and anything else you should need flowers for. I went in once and the shop did not meet my expectations. I was looking forward to something cute, quaint and quick to pick up- if you're looking for this, I'd recommend a different floral shop. Succulents are very popular right now and yet they do not sell them :( the inside is very unorganized and I felt somewhat out of place when I went in, like the employees didn't want me in there. read more

I would not recommend this florist. Flowers I ordered for a funeral did not make it to the "Visitation." Instead, they were sent straight to the church for the Funeral the following day. They offered to go get them but there wasn't enough time. They also offered to "throw something together" to send over. If I did that, then they would go to the church and "take away the ones that were already delivered there." Awful I spent $138.50 and the white roses I requested were missing from the basket. When I called later and asked for the manager, I realized the manager was the person I spoke to initially. The employees there are really nice and helpful, but the manager is terrible. read more

I ordered flowers for an employee's family member who had past away. The $100.00 floral agreement was never delivered to the funeral home on Reading Road. When I called Covent Garden, they stated I sent them to the wrong event center. They shouldn't have gone to the Reading Road address, they should have gone to a location on Gilbert Road. The services were in fact held at the Reading Road location, same address the flowers were suppose to be delivered to and the same address Covent Garden supposedly delivered to. This is when the excuses / run around began. The service for the deceased was on Saturday, the floral agreement was supposedly delivered in plenty of time on Friday per our delivery confirmation email. Upon attending the services, I did not see flowers from my company. I could have missed them, but when I asked my employee if they had received them, they had not. I feel a florist, who makes a delivery daily, should have a better check & balance to ensure that delivery. read more

This has been the only florist I've ever needed! I've been ordering flowers here for 15+ years. Even since I've left Cincinnati, they have made it incredibly easy to send flowers to my loved ones. They have all my info saved and contacts so I can simply call and say hi I want to send flowers to my mom and boom, they have it done with the upmost finesse and professionalism. They have a great eye to detail and produce some of the most gorgeous arrangements I've seen. Highly recommend! read more

Wow - what great service and gorgeous arrangement Jeff sent to my Mom who had a fall and needed cheering up. He told me about the new flowers just delivered that day and I chose large yellow sunflowers and my Mom is so happy - plus he delivered in one hour as a special courtesy. plus you tell them what your price range is and they make the arrangement to fit.
