They have a counter you can order at or a self service kiosk that's super easy to use and the menu is super straight forward. The prices are good as well for the food you get! The rice platters are honestly a really good size! They are pretty popular for take out but sit down is also good. Not the biggest places but they have lots of tables and seats. The water and utensils and sauce are next to the counter, you just grab yourself. It's a little humid and the tables sometimes and little sticky but I feel like it's just part of the atmosphere.

It's not scary, but you never know with some people. Main things to note is that she is a small business. If she runs out of something, that's it and it seems people in the neighborhood know about her, so she'll sale out of things fast.
