We are from Katy, and we gladly make the 30 min drive for these Snowcones. What stands out about this stand are 2 things 1. Quality 2. The Flavors The Machine they use to shave the ice is perfect. The ice is so clean and pillowy. Literally melts in your mouth, no crunchy ice. And they are not stingy with the syrup. I love that they layer the syrup and ice so the syrup distributes evenly throughout the cup. I also love that with each snow cone made, they make sure the cup is clean before handing it over. They have a great variety of flavors and toppings. My favorite being flavor is "Leche." Leche is one of their original flavors; no other stand has it. It's a creamy strawberry milk flavor, similar to Nesquik but SOOOO MUCH BETTER. You need to try this flavor at least once when coming out here. Little tip: To make it even richer/creamier, I would suggest adding condensed milk as a topping! Another favorite of mine is their specialty snowcone, " Diablito." Fresh lime juice, yes FRESH! lime juice, salt, and chili powder. Yeah, I know your mouth is watering just reading this. It sounds crazy, but if you love lime and Tajin, this snowcone is for you. In addition to snow cones, they have snacks for sale. Nachos, hot dogs, corn in a cup, etc. Plenty of parking, but it can get busy depending on the day and time. The first and most important part of any snoball is the ice. Period. Ice must have that perfect texture: smooth, soft, fluffy and easily packed just like a real snowball. Bob's has it. None of that chunky, hard like a roughly chopped ice cube ice. This is THE snoball ice. Snoballs need flavor and they need sweetness but they need these in balance. Again, Bob's nails it. The flavors are of good variety and more are added and rotated. One of our favorite flavors we have tried is cherry and it was indeed very cherry, fruity and had the perfect amount of sweetness. On the recommendation of the guy working there we tried the orange creamsicle. Even though we always get our snoballs sans crème, we did order this particular one with the cream. Again, the guy working there assured us we would love it and that this is the best way to enjoy this flavor. He knew what he was talking about. It was exactly like a rich, cold dreamy creamsicle. Snoballs come in tiny, small, medium, large and extra large. There's a size for everyone and every appetite. Prices are reasonable. With the weather beginning to warm and yucky heat and nasty humidity just around the corner, a snoball can be very helpful. Bob's is worth the little drive out to Rosenberg.

There are mostly tables for two but they do have a table for four as well. The space is clean and inviting with fun mural art on the wall. I like that there are several sizes to choose from , like their smallest (tadpole size) to large quart size. The small size is usually my go-to, as it is perfectly indulgent yet not too much to make me feel like I overdid it. The jelati is also my number one item, more favorable than just their Italian ice. The ice is smooth and flavorful unlike some other Italian ice places that create more rough/grainy ice. Their ice here is great by itself but when layered with either vanilla or chocolate soft serve ice cream, it is heavenly. The soft serve ice cream only comes in vanilla or chocolate but both are very creamy and tasty. You can get it by itself at Jeremiah's if you are not in the mood for Italian ice. Having tried several of their flavor options, my favorites are the mango, coconut, pina colada, root beer, caffe latte, and cookie butter. The fruity ones definitely are a winner in my book. Besides their regular menu, I noticed that there are seasonal items too...worth a try. Great for any solo adventure, group outing, family time, or just a treat for the kids (or kids of any age).
