Bathroom door was warped and wouldn't close.
    Andrew A.

Satisfied overall, but expected a more from a Marriott. Rooms felt semi-modern: computer/phone plugs conveniently placed and quality TV. Unfortunately, the bathroom is dated and cheaply constructed. For one, the door was warped and wouldn't close. Lots of holes and Spackle repair jobs. If you bring a pet then some of the first floor rooms conveniently open to a plush grassy area. You can park very close to those rooms, but there's little shade. The pool was nice, but also very little shade spots. And all of the lay-down chairs had a painful metal bar down the middle. No breakfast is negative. Front Desk and housekeeping service were very friendly.

We frequently charge our car here while passing through Page. They have a Tesla super charger on the side of their parking lot so we are pretty familiar with the site. We finally booked a night stay here. It was so convenient that we were in the 1st floor and could walk out our back patio to unload our car. It's rustic and does seem dated but it's also cozy and has personality. There's a fire pit in the back and hot tub and heated pool. We bought the breakfast when we booked our room. Most breakfast items cost $15. Being celiac I wasn't able to order anything. They also had coffee in the morning and water sitting out. The ladies working breakfast were very friendly! Would recommend it if you need to charge your car and don't mind things a little dated.

Truck with long trailer from Laundry & Cleaners Equipment Co. in AZ blocked all chargers

Don't even bother staying here if you're traveling with an EV and need to charge at the Tesla Supercharger. Some laundry equipment company working at the hotel parked their truck with a long trailer blocking all of the chargers despite plenty of other places around they could've parked, even close to the building. When this was brought up, hotel staff said she didn't care and got rude. Unacceptable behaviors from both the hotel and this third party company.

If I could leave negative stars, I would. I am really disturbed that the front desk staff was rude to a friend of mine when she let them know there was a laundry supply truck blocking every single Tesla charger. This is an essential charging station and no matter anyone's personal opinions on Tesla, its drivers should not be put at risk for losing charge and the car charging while traveling. If Marriott is going to host EV chargers, they should adhere to the same customer service protocols they extend to any other guest or visitor on their property. Not only was the front desk receptionist rude to my friend, she began to yell when asked to bring out the manager. I will not be staying at this location, and will be telling everyone I know to find lodging somewhere else.

Holy shit that's fast for free hotel Wi-Fi!

"Always assume your guest is tired, cold and hungry, and act accordingly."―Navajo Saying My sister booked this place thru her points, so I didn't pay diddly. Here's a quick rundown: -Fast, friendly check-in -Blazingly fast fast Wi-Fi (see pic) -Pool and hot tub -Hard bed -Too Soft pillows -Loud AC -I liked how the vanity was separate from the bathroom; made getting ready very efficient. -Gift Shop/Commissary (avoid this tourist trap) -Water refill station -Lounge -Full-service restaurant, Peppers, located inside; didn't eat here so can't comment. This was a decent hotel but the hard bed and ridiculously soft pillows makes this place a soft pass from me. Luckily we were able to use my sister's points to book this place, otherwise it might've been 2-star review. It gets a tepidly mild thumbs up. 2.55*

This hotel is super quaint, cozy, and quiet during the Winter season. They beautifully decorated the hotel with Christmas decorations and have the fireplace lit all day which is a gorgeous site to see when walking through the lobby. They are currently practicing covid guidelines. Housekeeping is not daily so if you need anything, a call to the front desk is required. The on site restaurant Peppers was closed but they served to-go breakfast only, which was a bummer and plain food options. Our room had a great view of the mountains and pool which was open, along with the firepits outside.

We've stayed at the Hampton Inn before and automatically this was our first choice. The place was easy to find, with plenty of parking. There is diamond member only parking, and regular parking as well as a lovely pull up area if you need to unload. Two different options available for bringing in your luggage is right inside the doors and they could also be used to be carrying out your items. Please note that there are signs near the entrance to say not to smoke with a certain distance. The staff were kind and helpful, immediately greeting us when we came in. We had the same woman on the desk the entire trip, and she was very simple and supportive. Right next to the check-in lobby, to the right of it is a snack shop in case you need any. Again no vegan options or health conscious items. Check-in was simple and it was interesting to navigate the online prices versus the prices in person. Not much of a difference, but still some and they alter per day and season. The process was quick and easy. We got a room on the fourth floor and it had a really great view. It felt easy to get to the top and our room. The room was clean and ready, they came daily to switch things out and offer service. A few amenities available for toiletries and coffee in the room along with tv and WiFi. The beds are comfy and firm. The pillows are feather so they deflate quickly. We couldn't get a single outlet on the night stand or near the tv stand to work. Breakfast is included in the stay offering eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, bagels, muffins, cereal, toast, oatmeal, yogurt, drinks and condiments. You get to make the waffles yourself! Only vegan options were bread and butter. No non dairy milks offered. So heads up on that. I did try a few things and just to be honest, I didn't like the eggs, sausage, potatoes or oatmeal because they were too soggy. The eggs, potatoes and sausage are kept in a heater (understandably so) but however it's cooked in combo with the consistent steaming, they become very moist and unpleasant in texture. The eggs were in some water at the base. I'm sure for some people this is fine but also for many it's makes the food inedible.. which defeats free breakfast. Including having more vegan / planted based / non dairy options. The oatmeal was very slimy. I did enjoy toast with butter and jam, waffles and after dabbing the sausage dry, that too. The coffee was good, again no non dairy options for milk. Juices are good too, they aren't fresh or real.. combo of ingredients. Plenty of condiments were available. It was a nice set up. The staff maintained the space entirely. The hot tub and pool were great. A heated pool and the hot tub was near a large door that opens so the cool air came in as we sat in the hot water. It's located super close to food, INCREDIBLE LANDSCAPES and gas.

The receptionist can't/won't do anything regarding check-in and just tells you to check your booking.com messages (we booked through Priceline and they couldn't figure out or tell us anything). 3. Called their phone number and told them about our experience. Their explanation was that sometimes roaches crawl up from the sewer and enter the rooms, and its a problem all over Page. But not to worry! They assured me they aren't the dirty kind of roaches. I asked that they provide a refund and I have yet to hear back. Your better off just skipping this one.

Thinking that the trip to the Grand Canyon would be interesting but coming back would be boring with the same scenery....we were wrong. The morning light and the afternoon light gave such a contrast it seemed like a different way. As for the accommodation, it was clean and comfortable. The shower not only worked but was a decent size. We stayed two nights and mainly used the fridge for our cold water. We filled our water bottles from the sink tap in the evening and had chilled water for our little adventures. I think we would have used the kitchen if we stayed longer. [Racial Discrimination at a Hotel?] Shocking Experience…read more We love road trips. During our stay at this Holiday Inn in Page, we experienced something truly unbelievable. At check-in, each room in our group presented two forms of ID (some of us with Chinese passports, others with Japanese passports and U.S. driver's licenses) and politely requested two key cards per room. The front desk manager, Doris, insisted that "hotel policy only allows one key per room." That sounded absurd--we've traveled the world for decades and never encountered such a rule. Then we noticed several non-Asian guests checking in after us, and each of them was given two key cards without question. To make it even more unbelievable, Doris showed us an empty key card box and claimed they were "out of cards." It was almost laughable. But after we called IHG customer service to verify, she suddenly returned with a full stack of key cards--as if by magic. That's when it became clear: we were being treated differently. We don't want to assume intent, but this experience strongly felt like discrimination against Asian or Asian-appearing guests. It was disappointing, disheartening, and frankly unacceptable--especially coming from a global brand like IHG. Still, after everything, my young daughter went to the front desk and sincerely thanked Doris for eventually giving us two key cards. That moment, while small, says a lot about how we choose to respond--with kindness and grace, even when disappointed.
