It's an older property, but it's well maintained. The bathrooms are older, but functional. If your Marriott status gets you free breakfast, Awesome. It's a hot buffet. For regular guests, it's $24.95 plus tax for a standard mix of eggs, bacon, biscuits, gravy, waffles, etc.... The pool and outdoor area has lots of areas to hang out. read more

Somewhere between the romance of the American road trip and the slow descent into madness, my girlfriend and I pulled into the Courtyard Marriott in Page, by lake Powell, road-weary, chasing the noble cause of my little brother's college graduation in Grand Junction, Colorado . Now, technically, this place flies the Marriott flag but let's be clear, it's owned by Marpalm out of Florida. And that detail starts to make a lot of sense the longer you're here. At first glance, the hotel gives off heavy Better Call Saul energy. Not the flashy parts the waiting room parts. The whole place has this outdated Southwest facade, like it peaked sometime around 1968 and collectively decided, "Yeah... we're good here." The rooms? Think your grandma's house in the desert if she hasn't updated a single thing since Nixon was in office. At first, it seemed harmless. A few moths fluttering lazily in the lobby like they paid for the room. The night auditor casually mentioned a "slight moth problem," the way someone might mention a chance of light rain. Fine. No big deal. But then... the hallway. Friends, this was not a "slight moth problem." This was a full-scale aerial assault. A biblical plague. World War Moth. They came at me with reckless abandon dive-bombing in the corridors, ricocheting off elevator walls like drunken fighter pilots. You don't walk to your room here, you run tactical maneuvers. I half expected someone to hand me a helmet and a flashlight. We clung to hope. Maybe,just maybe, the room would be a sanctuary. A place of peace. A refuge. It was not. The moths had beaten us there. Established dominance. Probably unpacked. Now look, after 16 hours on the road, a man doesn't ask for much. A bed. A shower. Maybe the ability to sleep without wondering if a winged intruder is going to kamikaze straight into his mouth at 2 a.m. So I have to ask: are we really too cheap for a couple bug zappers? Maybe dim the lights so the moths stop losing their damn minds? Because right now, this isn't hospitality--it's survival. Two stars. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated after a long day of traveling. Unfortunately, the pillows were very uncomfortable -- definitely not the typical Marriott standard I've experienced elsewhere. The photos online also made the property appear more modern and upscale than it actually is, so I felt a bit misled. For dining, the on-site restaurant was limited, especially for vegetarians -- the only dinner options were salads. The breakfast buffet was decent but overpriced at $30 per person. All in all, a clean and convenient place to stay near Lake Powell, but not quite up to the usual Marriott experience. read more

Totally fine to stay for a night or two if you're visiting the sights. The front desk staff was so nice and friendly. Hotel could definitely use a facelift but the rooms are spacious and it felt clean. I always bring slippers with me when I travel bc I don't like to walk on hotel floors regardless. There's a restaurant in the hotel but part of it is closed for the season, however we were able to order and eat in the smaller area of the restaurant. Server was really great and food was good! Great location for Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe bend etc. The only irritating thing about the stay is that housekeeping knocks on your door early and tries to enter the room several times which was annoying and it makes you feel like they're rushing you out. This review is strictly towards the general manager and his unwillingness to return the security deposit from our stay March 2026. Stay far far away from the Courtyard by Marriott in Page AZ. I have been trying for 3 weeks to get a security deposit returned for a 1 night stay. Gen.Mgr Jeremy was left numerous voicemails to try and remedy the situation. No calls were returned. When I finally was able to track him down he was bothered to speak to me from "hello". He was rude, condescending and made my issue not his problem blaming it on the bank. He continued to talk over me and refused to care. Jeremy is in desperate need of customer service training or find someone else to run that hotel. In the end I had to file a fraud complain against the hotel and charge in order to get it removed. Horrible look Marriott. Makes me want to find a different hotel loyalty program. read more

While I am a Titanium Marriott for life, it was the Tesla Charger that took me to Lake Powell... in the morning I was greeted by these wonderful delivery drivers who could have easily parked 10 feet away, but chose to simply be jerks and block the EVs... nice service oreinted people. We are locals and decided to have breakfast at Peppers. We had the best server Tammy and the food was really good until we found out that the menu was getting down-sized along with the price. We ate there for the choices and variety since all the other restaurants we use to eat at are no longer around or under new ownership, which makes a big difference. Satisfied overall, but expected a more from a Marriott. Rooms felt semi-modern: computer/phone plugs conveniently placed and quality TV. Unfortunately, the bathroom is dated and cheaply constructed. For one, the door was warped and wouldn't close. Lots of holes and Spackle repair jobs. If you bring a pet then some of the first floor rooms conveniently open to a plush grassy area. You can park very close to those rooms, but there's little shade. The pool was nice, but also very little shade spots. And all of the lay-down chairs had a painful metal bar down the middle. I don't understand why this is the only Marriott in this tourist area but it needs a lot of TLC from Marriott corporate. The lobby is very nice but the rooms are very dated. Also, the temperature inside our room was very warm despite our air conditioning being set to 68 degrees. The hallway was way cooler oddly. There is also a broken door at the end of the 2nd floor hallway in the 2-story building. Not sure why it's that hard for marriot to replace a door especially given the amount of smoke in the air from the surrounding fires. My last complaint was the pool area. All of the plastic tables were filthy and looked like they had spilled food and dirt on them. All this would take is a quick cleaning but it appears not to have been done. Very disappointing hotel that looks like it was once a really nice place. I truly hope Marriott corporate reads this and puts some $$ into a renovation of this place. read more

We had a recent three night stay here using Marriott Bonvoy points. The hotel is centrally located next to a golf course. Complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning only. Our room on the fourth floor had a southwest theme facing the courtyard. In the distance we could see the Glen Canyon Dam. Every night there was a huge gas fireplace in the courtyard adjacent to the outdoor swimming pool. There's a restaurant onsite but we ate out everyday as there plenty of affordable restaurants in downtown Page. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others who are visiting Antelope Canyon. read more

We frequently charge our car here while passing through Page. They have a Tesla super charger on the side of their parking lot so we are pretty familiar with the site. We finally booked a night stay here. It was so convenient that we were in the 1st floor and could walk out our back patio to unload our car. It's rustic and does seem dated but it's also cozy and has personality. There's a fire pit in the back and hot tub and heated pool. We bought the breakfast when we booked our room. Most breakfast items cost $15. Being celiac I wasn't able to order anything. They also had coffee in the morning and water sitting out. The ladies working breakfast were very friendly! Would recommend it if you need to charge your car and don't mind things a little dated. read more

Staff was unpleasant and preferred you not to ask them for anything. It appears they get paid to scroll on their phone rather than ensure a comfortable stay. The furniture is stained and resembled a used napkin you'd find in a trash can. The bedding was still wet and smelled of mold. The hotel gym will persuade you to take a rest day rather than exercise. And for some unexplainable reason the pool smells of ammonia. Other than those minor things an overall great stay! read more

Don't even bother staying here if you're traveling with an EV and need to charge at the Tesla Supercharger. Some laundry equipment company working at the hotel parked their truck with a long trailer blocking all of the chargers despite plenty of other places around they could've parked, even close to the building. If I could leave negative stars, I would. I am really disturbed that the front desk staff was rude to a friend of mine when she let them know there was a laundry supply truck blocking every single Tesla charger. This is an essential charging station and no matter anyone's personal opinions on Tesla, its drivers should not be put at risk for losing charge and the car charging while traveling. If Marriott is going to host EV chargers, they should adhere to the same customer service protocols they extend to any other guest or visitor on their property. Not only was the front desk receptionist rude to my friend, she began to yell when asked to bring out the manager. I will not be staying at this location, and will be telling everyone I know to find lodging somewhere else. read more

Been to better, been to worse. It was clean, with enough pillows. That is what is really needed. It was a bit separated from the main drag of hotels, which was nice. Wish the restaurant or bar had been open on Thanksgiving. We were lucky that many restaurants in town were actually open on the holiday, but we were tired and would have been just as happy to stay on site. We were able to easily arrange a late check out in between our planned tours in the area. We were here for less one night, and less than 24 hours. We didn't get a chance to try out any of the amenities (pool, exercise room, whatever else). But it is a good place to stay in Page. Less than 10 minutes drive from Horseshoe Bend and the Glen Canyon Dam overlook area. Certainly worth considering. read more

We erroneously booked a room here a night before our actual arrival. That was clearly our fault, but I asked the hotel if there was any way they could make an accommodation for us, either a partial refund, or perhaps some extra points on our Marriott account. I was finally able to talk to the manager who informed me of the 24 hour cancellation policy, and made me feel stupid for not understanding that. He was rude and condescending in the process. When I checked out, and informed the staff about a couple of other issues we encountered during our stay, he came out and accused me of being nit picky. When I protested him talking over me while I was trying to explain my position, he told me to get out of his hotel, and when I refused, he said he would call security to have me escorted out. This is not customer service, nor is it how you treat someone who has been a Marriott Bonvoy member for over 10 years. This is, unfortunately, the only Marriott product in Page, Arizona, but if you have any other options for places to stay, don't stay here. I've never before been treated rudely by a hotel manager. Customer service is a thing, and the manager of this hotel should perhaps recognize that. He is, after all, in the hospitality business. read more

Unfortunately it's the only Marriott in within 50-100 miles of the area, so for what it's worth this place is tolerable, but barely so. The rooms were incredibly old and had many issues like tiles falling off the shower wall and dirty, stained carpeting. The service was okay but nothing above and beyond normal. there was also a loud group of tourists that disrupted the peace and left all their luggage in the lobby blocking the walkway, and their bus took up multiple good parking spots. This place wasn't good at all, but tolerable if you are a Marriott member in need of a place to stay around there. read more

This hotel is super quaint, cozy, and quiet during the Winter season. They beautifully decorated the hotel with Christmas decorations and have the fireplace lit all day which is a gorgeous site to see when walking through the lobby. They are currently practicing covid guidelines. Housekeeping is not daily so if you need anything, a call to the front desk is required. The on site restaurant Peppers was closed but they served to-go breakfast only, which was a bummer and plain food options. Clean, modern room with a brick accent wall that is a nice touch and makes it feel a little more authentic desert architecture. The bathroom was recently updated and the shower head and water pressure were very nice. Rooms got hot due to a limit on the AC thermostat and the Arizona sun beaming down on the windows. read more

It's a nice room and clean but one thing huge problem is mini refridge not cold enough to keep foods and drink. Refridge pizzas and milk for my son didn't cold at all! That's what I'm concerning about him. This is a great location my girlfriend and I chose for our stay while visiting and exploring the area for the first time. The room was solid and the hotel is in a great location for site-seeing. The pool and hot tub area were great as well. Our best experience was probably the hotel restaurant for dinner our first night getting in from driving from Monument Valley. Check in was excellent - fast, responsive and provided additional information. Room was clean, updated and had a great view of the pool and golf course. Pool and hot tub area were very nice. Fire pits located around pool area were a nice touch to catch a drink and kick back after dinner. Hotel located within a mile of the dam and downtown. Asked desk staff for restaurant list and took their recommendation - dinner was fantastic. I've read several of the reviews that are critical of this business. Kind of a dump for a Marriott. As a titanium for life Marriott camper, I have seen many Marriott's. Lobby was nice and room not bad but nothing to say wow! Am also a bit pissed they did not updated me since I spent half my life in Marriott hotels and this was mostly empty! Jacuzzi was green and missing tile. Pool looked better but I had concerns about sanitation of both. Could not smell any chlorine so that is a concern. In any case, did not want to put my face in water. I usually stay exclusively at Marriott properties because I have expectations and lifetime status, although it's not significant. Staying here was a mistake! The gentlemen at the front desk was extremely helpful and nice. I arrived late and desperately needed the laundry room after being on the road for a week). Thank goodness it was open 24 hours. The gentleman at the front desk volunteered the info that they sold laundry detergent pods and dryer sheets for just a couple of dollars in the market (which is a great idea). The bed in the room was not very comfortable at all. They definitely need new ones. Also, the chair in the room looked like it was pulled from a dumpster and most definitely needs to be replaced. As I was sitting at the desk I noticed it was sticky under my arm. As I ran a wash cloth over it, I noticed it wasn't coming off very well. After giving it a little elbow grease, I noticed it was coming off quite a bit. So disgusting. My guess is that housekeeping just does a quick wipe down and doesn't pay attention to details. read more

Tried to reach the GM and was first hung up on, then when I got a direct line I left a VM and my call was never returned. We had to adjust our stay due to the weather and they were more then willing to assist. They offer breakfast buffet at $14.95, nothing excited about it but hey there the Marriott right ... This place is subpar in comparison to other Marriott establishments and believe me, we've stayed at plenty due to a generous family discount. Even with that discount in mind, this place gets two stars at best. The good: The staff was friendly. Parking was free snd convenient. Wi-Fi was pretty decent. I had to do some work during my stay so this was appreciated. The bad: We check in which was fine but when we got to our room, my family eager to stretch out after a long drive, we quickly discover the room is infested with moths. Not "a" moth which would have been totally fine... we're talking silence of the lambs level moths. They did quickly give us a new room but added "it's our bug season"... Btw. After three days in our new room, a moth made it in. AC is insanely loud and I'm not a light sleeper. I love me some white noise but this thing was cranking like a damn lawnmower. Even with the AC blasting, picture bates motel style old school window unit, the room was muggy and had what felt like zero insulation. Rooms felt dirty. No way my feet are touching that tub. We all wore our sandals and made sure our kids didn't sit in that thing. I get that when you're in lake Powell, you're not here to stay in your room. But for these prices and from our previous experiences with Marriott, we expected more. read more

What a beautiful place to stay, lake Powell and the Grand Canyon to the west. Great viewing at sunset and sunrise. The only downside to this property but it affects everyone in the area is slow internet bandwidth, I know the whole community is working on this, so hopefully it will be corrected soon. BTW, who needs to be spending all their time on the internet, go out and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Will definitely stay here again! Love the facility and the surroundings.
