Oops I always thought I had written a review for this place, but I guess not! I stayed here in summer of 2015. I thought the suites were GREAT! We stayed here because we were looking for a dog friendly place. The owner allows dogs and there is a neighborhood with a little park (and dog park! -- right next to the tiny airport) within walking distance to take your dogs. We felt the rooms were safe, comfortable, clean, updated. No complaints! Oh except we wished there had been like 1 extra blanket. If we go to Page again I'll definitely try to book a room here. Great place to stay when you're visiting Page. Gary Sparks, the owner, has done a fabulous job renovating an office building and turning it into 1 bedroom executive suite apartments. Everything is upscale and modern, making you feel right at home. The walls are thick so you never hear your neighbors. Full kitchen, living room, HD wide screen TV, great lighting, and a very comfortable queen bed. A big plus if you're a dog lover, is Gary's 1 1/2 year old golden retriever, Riggs, who is friendly and playful. He welcomes you home with a wagging tail and a toy to share. This was like staying with friends, rather than a hotel. No views, pool or outdoor amenities since it's in an industrial area, but the price is right, the owner is friendly, and the living accommodations are great. We'll stay here again the next time we visit. Tip: don't follow Google maps. They have it in the wrong place. From Lake Powell Blvd., turn north onto North Navajo Blvd., then turn LEFT onto 10th. What a great little place. I hate to spread the word only because when we return I want to ensure a room is available. Regardless, this place has it going on. Nice ample space in the living room, good size kitchen table, and all the fixings. If we were staying a little longer I could have cooked a real dinner in that kitchen. There were even dishes, pots, everything you need to stay awhile. Full size bathroom, good arm room in the shower too. There's a full size hot water tank all to yourself. My only complaint would have to be that there were just 2 towels & being the girly girl that I am, I use two so my husband was sol. We managed but I would definitely just ask for an extra on our next trip. The bed was super comfy, I wish we could have slept in. There's also screens on the windows, so when the weather is really nice you could totally open them & enjoy the fresh air. There's full AC or heat, we had to use the heat a little & it worked great. Parking is just outside of the rooms. There is not an elevator so just be prepared to tote your stuff up the stairs. Gary was super friendly & even suggested some great dining places. They were delicious! He also helped us decide on which canyon to visit. In the end, we will definitely return to stay here, hopefully with family. I wish there were more places like this including the great customer service, and you can't beat the price! read more

What a great find! We came into Page pretty late and had no idea where to stay and got lost trying to find this place (the yelp directions were inaccurate; I submitted a correction), so we didn't know what to expect. After talking to the owner, Gary, on the phone, we turned around and found it pretty quick. Gary came out to the porch and waved us in. The rooms are beautifully furnished, nice kitchen and bathroom, a comfy bed and a pull out couch. Nice decorations. If you're on a motorcycle, especially an enduro, or an off road vehicle, you should stay here just to talk to Gary! Super nice guy, and he knows a ton about Page and the surrounding area. Over a couple of beers on the porch, he gave us great tips on what to see and how to get there. He showed us one route on his map that's 100 miles of off-road fun that drops us out at Mt. Zion! His dog, Riggs, is very friendly. I'll definitely be coming back. There's a ton to see around this area, and the Suites make for an awesome base camp! read more

Diamond in the rough!!! Labor day weekend, and most of the formal hotel chains were sold out. Glad I found this place instead. The converted office suites into residential rental unites were unassuming on the outside, but they hide a very nice and comfortable rooms. Everything is in great shape and within minutes it felt like being in a brand new home, rather than being at some common hotel room. Someone puts a lot of love and pride into making sure every detail of the room looked good. The Suites on 10th were a welcome respite after daytime activities in the Page outdoors. If you do go to Page and do not need a large hotel room, stay here. You will get a much better and enjoyable stay than the hotels, at a very reasonable price. read more

What a hidden gem!! Gary, the super nice owner, has fixed the upper level of this office building into a bunch of 1 bedroom suites. Each suite has a full kitchen and a bathroom, and a pullout couch in the family room. Everything is new and very modern. We have stayed here twice and both times Gary has been very helpful and accommodating. Prices are comparable to other places in town, maybe even a bit better, which is why we would to choose to come here instead. There is no pool, but that is ok with us since we usually only come to town the night before we head to the lake. Make your reservations soon, the word is getting out and rooms are going fast! read more

Found this on Air b&b. This one bedroom unit was spotless! It has a separate living room with a pull out couch and a full kitchen. He had everything we needed just as a hotel would and even accommodated my early check in request. If you're bringing a dog I suggest you check google earth to find a spot for the pup to relieve itself if they are picky. Besides that it was a 10/10! read more

I planned a surprise birthday trip this August for my fiance's birthday. We are extremely adventurous and love weekend trips, new places, and crossing things off of our bucket list. We had been dying to see Horseshoe Bend (absolutely breathtaking by the way) Being from a big city and not knowing many people who had been to Page I relied heavily on booking sites to determine where we would stay. Unfortunately for the time we were going (and my semi last minute booking) I was really only finding 2 star hotels for what I could afford ($150-$225 a night range) and also that most hotels were already booked. I was extremely hesitant to book with the ratings of other places I had seen. I came across Suites on 10th on Yelp and decided to book based on the things i had read. Before going I researched the location to make sure it was conveniently located to the things we were going to be doing and it could not have been better. On the website it stated I must call or email to check availability. I emailed the owner Gary and i received a quick response. One of his bookings had canceled the newly renovated suite 3, which he said we were more then welcome to stay in. When we arrived I will be honest I thought we were lost. Although its just two blocks from the main road through page it looks like an office building from the outside - NEVER EVER judge a book by its cover. My fiance and I parked and walked in to the suites (We had arrive a couple hours earlier than expected). We walked in and were greeted by the most friendly custodian. He explained that he was almost done and that if we wanted to put our stuff upstairs we were more than welcome to make ourselves at home. My fiance and I looked at each other and thought "Up stairs??!!?!?". I cannot explain how beautiful, spacious, and perfect suite 3 is. When you first walk in you have a brand new kitchen with granite counter tops and new appliances to the right and to the left you have a nice sized full living room with the most comfy couches. Upstairs was BEAUTIFUL. The decor... the lighting.... the detail was incredible. I cannot speak high enough about our stay. The master bedroom was giant - the closet was big enough to live in and the master bath that connected to the spare bedroom (with two queen beds) was unreal. The shower was a walk in shower with a bench and waterfall fountain head. Like i said absolutely beautiful. The owner Gary came to greet us a while later and he was so friendly and sweet and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay - even wishing my fiance a Happy Birthday remembering that was why we were there. My fiance and I would have lived there if we could - we did not want to leave and wished we had more time to just stay in and enjoy the place we thought was just going to be a place to sleep. This is my favorite place i have stayed in any city by far and you would be crazy to pick any big name hotel over Suites on 10th. Our trip was so memorable. read more

Great night stay. Quiet, comfortable, and fairly priced. This place restores my trust in small Buisness and the economy. This Hotel gets it and cares about their customers. We had a great night stay and are thankful for places like this that make the vacation perfect! Great central air conditioning. Everything was spotless clean. Felt like a private retreat! The TV set up made me feel like I was at home. Plenty of parking and close to the main part of town without all the noise. Will go here first next time through Page. This place is just a few blocks off the busy street with all the expensive hotels in a semi-industrial area. At first you will think "where is this place" but stay the course because this is a gem in this overpriced hotel town! We were so frustrated when the Holiday Inn and others wanted to charge us $229 +tax!!! We almost were going to sleep in the car when we called here. Very nice father son team that run this and it was smooth getting checked in. The rooms are old business suites VERY modernized into rooms. This is a $200-300 suite anywhere else. Full kitchen as well! It is clean and welcoming and a Huge Flatscreen with high def directv. If you can call this a Motel it is the nicest one my husband and I have ever stayed in. Quiet outside and it was full last night but could not hear anyone else. This would get 6 stars if we could! Limited rooms and Paige always fills up but this is a little known page secret... If you are staying in Page for any length of time, and don't want to eat out every single meal there is no better place, as it is the only place, that is not an over priced vrbo house, that will give you a full kitchen to cook meals in. My party and I stayed at this wonderful hotel for 2 nights. We were extremely comfortable here. This hotel is reasonably priced and much better quality than those name brand hotel and motel chains. Those other hotels are WAY over priced. We like that there is a beautiful kitchen. The kitchen is well stocked with all the basic essentials minus food (of course) to prepare a delicious meal. The bathroom is very clean and the bedroom is so cozy with lots of closet space and a tall dresser for long term guests. It's a great plus that the sofa can be pulled out and be used as a bed. The suite we were in (suite 9) is decorated beautifully with dark wooden floors. We were greeted warmly by Mr. Gary Spark's father and a very friendly 4 legged companion (dog). They made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel suite for those visiting this city to check out Antelope Canyon and Lake Powell. One thing I'd like to suggest is to place a mirror in the bedroom so girls can put on make-up before stepping out instead of waiting in line to use the bathroom to do that. I didn't want to hog up the bathroom for too long. Overall, we were very pleased and satisfied. read more

Gary was awesome. I called last minute for a room the same night and Gary was more that happy to accommodate us. We had been camping in inclement weather the last 4 nights and in need of a hot shower. We got so much more than a hot shower, we thought we had died and gone to heaven. Suites on 10th was exactly what we needed to get back on our feet and relax for a night. Bathroom was perfect, the full kitchen was amazing, Direct TV with a comfortable couch and a great bed. From the outside, the suites didn't look like much because of its location, but you will be more than pleasantly surprised and impressed with the beautiful, comfy and classy decor. Both the nicely-stocked (IKEA?) kitchen and bathroom are spotlessly clean, new and modern. Didn't get to meet Gary as he was out of town and but he was extremely professional over the phone and a pleasure to do business with. This is someone who truly gets customer service and provides that extra touch to make his business stand out from others.
