We were passing through on our way to Florida. We arrive late, after 11pm. The night person, Shadaria checked us in. Although she was not familiar with using their new system to check in walk-ins, she called Jamie, who stayed on the phone with her to get us checked in. They worked patiently and professionally as a team to make the reservation happen. Our room was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. We had delicious Starbucks coffee the next morning before we got on the road. We will stay here again on our trips between Florida and Texas. read more

Chilling out on the bed in your hotel room watching television, while wearing your pajamas, and eating double stuffed Oreos is sometimes the best part of a work trip. Back again and still pleased with the consistency of this place. Room 433 has a tub , it's considered an accessible room and truth be told, I enjoyed the wider space. This one is a 2 Queen bed room. We booked too late and that's all they had available, but both hubs and I slept in the middle of the beds lol, so win win. Parking is ample even for a sold out hotel, still loving the bright anti vampire lights that surround the building at night. Location wise, walking distance to a lot of restaurants, Dollar tree, Target etc so it works. I'm a slow walker and it literally took me seven minutes to get there. So any normal being can zoom on by in about 5 minutes. read more

Great experience last night! Booked for 1 night for my husbands work. Checking in was seemless ( we arrived around 8pm) the room upon arrival was very clean and put together. The beds were comfortable enough and they gave more then enough pillows. The shower pressure was not great but that's not too big of a deal to me. The gym and common areas were clean as well. Overall we had a great over night stay and I would recommend staying here. read more

YOU CAN CONTROL YOUR FAN IN YOUR ROOM! now that is out of the way: This was a nice courtyard. Friendly staff. Nice location. Newer property. I didn't get to the gym for photos and forgot to take photos of the room. But it was nice. Bathroom was huge with a big walk in shower. What I did/don't like about hotels right now are TV's that are mounted to the side of the bed that you have to move and position, poorly, towards the bed. Hate it. Past that, nice parking lot. Lots of amenities. Will stay here again. read more

This hotel is top notch. I stayed there for a full week and I never found anything I didn't like. The rooms are modern but cozy and super clean. The first thing I noticed when I walked in the room was how good it smelled. The bed was good size and super comfy. The room had a huge tv that you could swivel so that you could watch it while sitting on the couch or in bed. The snack area by the receptionist desk has a huge variety of drinks, snacks and meals, I wish I would have taken a picture. There is a bar downstairs that is so nice to sit at and have a drink. Oh, and there is a Starbucks in the lobby!! The hotel itself is located near Target, Ulta, Old Navy, Starbucks and a ton of other businesses and restaurants. I have to go back next week to stay and I am looking forward to it. I highly recommend this hotel :) read more

The room was nice but the downfall was the water pressure in the shower. I could barely get clean. I felt like I could bathe better in the sink. I was thankful that they were booked for my second and third night in Longview because I couldn't wait to get a good shower with real water pressure at the Hilton. I liked everything about the hotel except for the shower water pressure. I was in room 211 so if other rooms are better, please let me know. The lobby area was nice along with the outside and fitness center. read more

I booked here because this was one of the higher rated hotels in Longview. The surrounding area was quiet and close to shopping/eating. I only stayed for one night but I enjoyed my stay and wish it could have been longer. The room was spacious, clean and the drain in the tub worked properly. I know that's weird, but so many hotels have drains that don't work. The hotel has a bar that opens in the evening. We considered going for drinks, but passed by and the atmosphere seemed boring. Although the nightly rate for a 2 Queens Suite was a bit pricey for the Courtyard brand, I'd definitely pay to stay here again. read more

Love this place! Specially after I stayed somewhere else to be curious! This place is clean! They kept cleaning the pool throughout the day as the hotel was sold out for the day! This was impressive! We went to the pool at 9am, 1pm, 5pm, and 8pm. All times it was cleaned and 2 times we noticed staff cleaning it. GREAT! The bed was super comfy! And dreamed about the bed when I stayed at the holiday Inn. read more

I loved the place. It was clean and fresh and comfortable. We get our room and I was watching the tv changed the channel and the video went out. Hubby checked it and called the front desk and even they could not figure it out. Staff is highly invested in you having a great experience. Friendly and thorough in everything they do. Fairly large gym with all you need to break a sweat. As of July 2018 only in operation for the past four months. If they can maintain the culture this a gem in the Longview area read more

Service was shocking. Front desk unprofessional. Room not cleaned and garbage not taken out. We were given sheets and extra towels and told we had to change our bed. Also front desk will not offer proper extension late check out. More so employees are not wearing proper PPE and not masking when servicing patrons. read more

I'll do a longer review later but: we stayed here while visiting family. Very nice experience! I require a feather-free room and it was ready without prob-no feather-full pillows (there's always a seam loose for easy checking). We didn't utilize the restaurant but my husband used the gym. It's larger than many in the JWs I frequent, a large bank of treadmills & bikes, weight machines & free weights. Staff was friendly. [minor point for those who get hung up on this-I wasn't greeted as Platinum Premier but who cares-everything was right] We were in a featherfree king-nothing unique. Very neat and clean. The staff are excellent. The service was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend the avocado toast. We were pulling a trailer and parking was perfect. This is are second time in Longview and this is a much nicer place than the Hampton inn. read more

Lucked into staying at this lovely hotel in Longview. The Manager happily arranged a room on short notice, as the local hotel I usually stay at was unfortunately booked. Quick & easy check in. The front desk personnel were happy and professional. The hotel is fresh and obviously well cared for. The king room is beautiful, sparkling clean, and feels sound proof. My business carries me coast to coast, 250+ nights a year and I will definitely stay at Marriott Courtyards if this is their example! read more

Off the Charts Customer Service!!! They really go out of their way for their guests! This morning I missed breakfast because a meeting ran late. By the time it was over, they had stopped serving. When CJ told me this, she must have heard the disappointment (and hunger level) in my voice. A few minutes later, she showed up at my door with a burrito and an order of bacon (which she didn't know is exactly what I was going to order) that they had leftover. Both were delicious. The staff. The staff the staff the staff! I will go out of the way to stay at this hotel because of the staff. Kimberly checked me in last night and she was quite simply one of the most pleasant people I have met. Not overbearing, but just nice and easy to talk to. Then as I sat at the bar having a drink, JK was the best young bartender. We talked about the communication problems of his generation and how he does not have that issue. He was a great conversationalist and a very impressive young man. The room was fantastic, but of course, it's just a room. Then this morning I had breakfast at the cafe and again, the staff was just incredibly pleasant and friendly. I know that is their job, but it honestly felt significantly more genuine. I've stayed in hundreds of Marriotts over dozens of states in the US, and this Courtyard is the cleanest, best managed, with the most courteous staff. Living out of a hotel 45 weeks out of the year is tough, but being able to stay somewhere like this is always refreshing. read more

Excellent in every respect!! For starters, and most importantly to me, this entire hotel is immaculately clean. I don't know if I have ever said that about an entire hotel. The lobby and restaurant are spotless. I have never had a cleaner room in my life. Housekeeping is to be commended. All three nights that we were here everything was in perfect condition and as clean as it could possibly be. The hotel is extremely modern/contemporary and beautifully designed. Everything that we got at the restaurant was good. The front desk personnel were efficient, professional and personable. The manager was helpful and made you feel welcome. The rooms are well appointed, extremely modern, have a small refrigerator and microwave, big screen TV and a comfortable bed. Although this was not a vacation trip this hotel made us feel like we were on vacation and we look forward to getting back to it each evening. I know the hotel is relatively new but it is still nice to see a facility of any type where everything works as it is supposed to and it did here. The rooms are quiet, and the air-conditioning worked great. My wife and I are frequent travelers, both in the US and abroad. We have spent far more than double what this hotel costs and not been remotely as pleased as we are with this hotel. Obviously this hotel is under great management. Congratulations. We will be back. I only hope we are this fortunate to encounter hotel like this in a future travels - especially for such a reasonable price. read more
