If it wasn't for Sonja Brown I don't think our Truck would have gotten a remanufactured engine. Sonja went way above expected when we were not getting anywhere with our extended warranty company. She stayed on the phone with them and went over all our service records we sent her, proving we take extreme care of our vehicle. Then when there was no word again from the warranty company she got her superiors and the owner involved. Then within days the warranty company finally came out and inspected the vehicle again and a firm action was in place. After 3 months and 3 days we finally received our baby back and it purrs like a kitten!! Thank You Sonja and John Miles for an exceptional customer experience!!! We will be back!!!

Mark (the salesman) was outstanding. 4) They let you test drive their vehicles alone (they do not accompany you on test drives). 5) *MAKE SURE YOU GO GET AN INSPECTION DONE WITH YOUR OWN MECHANIC BEFORE YOU EVEN THINK ABOUT PURCHASING ONE OF THEIR CARS!* I failed to get a professional inspection done before I bought my used car from them. *WITHIN THE FIRST WEEK OF BRINGING MY CAR HOME, I HAD TO PAY $2,300 IN REPAIR COSTS.* 6) Took 2 months to get my title. 7) Do not tell them you are paying with cash until the very end! :)

I initially suspected it might be related to the muffler or a loose panel, especially since the noise began after the county paved my street. Since it was also time for an oil change, I requested that the service advisor have the technician test-drive the vehicle to hear the noise firsthand and help identify the issue. Unfortunately, the technician did not drive the vehicle or investigate the noise during my visit. As a result, I waited several hours and only received an oil change--leaving the original issue unaddressed. Following this, I consulted a separate mechanic, who promptly identified the problem as a faulty front wheel bearing. I'm frustrated that the issue was overlooked during my initial visit despite clear communication. I'd appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed and properly addressed.

Finally got the deal done and agreed to everything when my salesman came back and said he was sorry but they negotiated the wrong vehicle. I had driven and negotiated on the Sport. After everything was agreed on they said their numbers were on a LX I never looked at or drove the LX... only the Sport, so I'm wondering how this can happen. My salesman accepted responsibility and said it was his fault but I disagree. He has been there a long time, including when I bought a new 2007 Civic EX in 2006 or 2007 and when I bought a Accord Coupe EX-L with V-6 a few years later. He is as much a gentleman now as I recall him being then , even though he wasn't my salesman. We tried to buy a 2017 Civic EX here in 2017 but their addendums forced us to go to Son's Honda to buy it. We got a great deal there and it was all on the up and up. The management here seems to not be on the up and up. Very very disappointed in our hometown Honda dealer, Conyers Honda. I'll still get a Civic Sport or possibly the Nissan Altima and hopefully the management will there will negotiate with dignity Cudos to my salesman! Although you were undermined by management, you are a class act sir! I won't name this person because I don't want anyone assuming I'm thinking negatively if him in any way

Prior to my visit to the Car Spot, I talked to Sean a salesperson who was assisting me in getting financed for a vehicle. He assured me I was already approved and I only had to come pick out a vehicle, and have my down payment. Before leaving home I emailed my bank statements as requested. We arrived 30 minutes later and he didn't make me feel "warm", no smile, no thank you for coming". He showed me the vehicles he thought would be in my monthly payment range, and gave me the key to walk out and look at them...I thought sales reps walked out with us to answer any questions we may have about the vehicles. But I overlooked it, and I test drove a vehicle that I was interested in. The vehicle was nice. I will say. We sat there for two hours just trying to give me a quote on what the monthly payments would be. We ended up leaving because he didn't have an answer back I assume from the finance person. Next day, no call. I had to end up calling. He "couldn't talk", but he continued to text and I couldn't understand why my call WASNT returned as a courtesy. He then stated I needed to pay more money down when he assured me he would get the deal done with my initial down payment. I'm more disappointed in the wait, the lack of customer service I received, and it seemed to be a game to get me into the dealership so I could pay more money for the down payment. I could've paid more money down but with this experience, I would just try to find another dealership who appreciates my business. Idk why I was moving so fast and paid without knowing for sure I was getting the car. I've been emailing and calling to get absolutely no where and because I don't have any documentation "on hand" it's hard for me to communicate with my bank. I am writing this formal letter to express my absolute outrage and profound disappointment…read moreregarding the 2020 Chevrolet Sonic LT I purchased from Drive time in July 2025; this vehicle has proven to be a defective, dangerous, and unreliable product that has utterly derailed my life and the lives of my children. When I bought this car, it had approximately 50,000 miles on it, and in the five months since, I have put fewer than 6,000 miles on the odometer, yet I am now facing a catastrophic mechanical failure that the shop has quoted between $6,000 and $7,000 to repair. It is physically impossible for a well-maintained, inspected vehicle to develop a cracked engine block, a cracked radiator, and a blown cylinder head within such a short window of time unless these issues were pre-existing, masked, or the result of gross negligence during your "reconditioning" process. I was sold a "lemon" under the guise of a reliable family vehicle, and your staff's refusal to help me--stating that I cannot even trade the vehicle because I haven't reached a one-year ownership mark--is a predatory and heartless response to a crisis your product created. Because of this car's failure, I have been forced to stop working, and I am currently unable to transport my children to school, leaving my family in a state of financial and logistical ruin while I am still expected to make payments on a vehicle that is essentially a pile of scrap metal. Your company claims to help people get on the road, but instead, you have scammed me into a high-interest loan for a faulty machine and are now leaving me stranded without a single solution or ounce of accountability. I am demanding that DriveTime Corporate intervene immediately to authorize a collateral swap for a functional vehicle or cover the total cost of these repairs, as I will not be silenced while my livelihood is destroyed by your deceptive business practices. I am prepared to escalate this to the Better Business Bureau, the State Attorney General, and every social media platform available to ensure other parents are not victimized by this dealership the way I have been; I expect a resolution that reflects the gravity of this situation immediately. Don't tell me to call either because I've already did about 5-6 different numbers. ENOUGH WITH THE LIES!!!!!
