We signed and paid over a $50k deposit in early July 2024. Eight months later there was still no…read morepermit, no confirmed material orders to site, and no work started. We were repeatedly told "you're next" and "within weeks," but dates slipped with no firm schedule. In June 2025--nearly a year after paying--they were still saying we were "next." Key facts: - Deposit (July 2024): Months of "paperwork is submitted" messages, yet we never received a permit number or proof of submittal/approval. In Jan 2025 we were told paperwork had been submitted "yesterday," contradicting prior assurances. - Permitting (Winter-Spring 2025): The City issued adjudication orders and the permit was not approved until May 2025--~10 months after signing. (We can provide documentation if needed.) - No on-site work (through July 2025): Despite promises of a March start, there was still no crew on site and no schedule we could rely on. - Shell left exposed: The fiberglass shell sat outside uncovered for months with no start date in sight. We ultimately had them drop the shell at our property while we hired another installer to complete the project. Bottom line: After 13 months, aside from dropping the shell at our home, no installation work was performed. Communication was pleasant at times, but pleasant texts don't build pools. We would not hire again and do not recommend.

BEWARE: Terrible job. Mr. Sellers said it would be repaired. Instead of my driveway draining…read moreaway from the center of the drive, it pools in the center. This winter, I've fallen in the ice rink that my driveway has become. If we could give zero stars, we would.

The Driveway, long sidewalk, and shorted slab s' finish's is not level anywhere. You could possibly twist an ankle or fall down. Huge, Deep Puddles everywhere, Sellers response is "not responsible for water spots". I have not dealt with the winter yet, I may be able to sell tickets to Ice skate.... I have had other contractors and city water department come to inspect the job, ALL agree, bad unprofessional finish job. Sellers did not call 811 at anytime for this job. Sellers totally ripped out my water and electric for my lawn irrigation system. Which ran under my driveway. That I had to repair - labor and cost. After I repaired the system, sellers broke the line again (3) times. When I mentioned that, Sellers stated " Is that all, only 3? " Sellers also splashed concrete and broke my picket fence in the front of my house. I told sellers I thought, the complete job should be replaced. Sellers said he could not afford to do that. Sellers will not return our calls, or meet with us. He has sent a letter stating "He is still willing to put in a French Drain". I told him only if the drain is connected to a drain system, not a hole. He is not willing to do that. I am afraid to have them dig a hole for a drain that will clog. Not to mention what else will I have to replace after they damage it. Sellers Concrete Web site states "Satisfaction Guaranteed"... Must be Sellers Satisfaction is guaranteed....
