I do not recommend working with this company as communication is insufficient and inconsistent and they do not follow through on their promises.

In the end we made a perfect choice: CEP Construction. Our addition, though modest in size, was daunting in scope. It was an a-frame attached to an existing a-frame. (An m-frame, perhaps? H-frame? Who knows!) Oh, and it had to be wedged in between existing trees. Oh, and on a hillside. Oh, and would you mind building it in the winter? That would be super. Chris Pronik and the crew of CEP Construction do incredible, amazing and awe-inspiring work. I just wish I could have them re-build my barn, too!

Was not pleased, at all with the installation of the bump out. It was cheap and ugly. I asked John to fix it and he told me this is standard and would not fix his shoddy work without a change order and more money. Also, this is into day six of the 2 1/2 day job. I'm out 3 days of pay, so l can be here for the project. The unfortunate thing is that the people that work for John are good people that try to do the right thing. From the planning with Denise to the counter install to the new flooring, we had exceptional workmanship and service. The guys took on a huge job with removal of our tile flooring and replacing with LVT and it turned out so nice. They worked with us on our vacation dates and came in while we were away and completed the job. Everyone was very accomodating and the result is a gorgeous new kitchen!! Truly appreciate Denise and her consulting. Everything came together as planned.

So i asked again if he would be charging the same amount for less cabinets. yes. i told them i felt they are a bait and switch business. i would never do business with them nor would i ever recommend them to anyone for anythin.
