*PLEASE DON'T GO HERE* We took our F-150 to AutoPro Alcoa…read moreon Gill St in March 2025 for warranty repair on a turbo and came out having to tow it to a Ford dealer and needing a new engine! AutoPro had the truck over a month (had to return twice) and following the final pick up, fluid drained everywhere and the engine locked up on the side of the road so we towed it to Ford. Ford claims per the attached invoice this was due to faulty install of the turbo and provided many photos for documentation. AutoPro initially tried to make it right by putting in a new engine and the general manager promised verbally as well as in writing to reimburse our rental car expenses incurred as a result of this mess. Unfortunately, per the attached email chain from AutoPro's general manager, they are now refusing to reimburse our rental car expenses. We are also out another $4,500 as that's what it took Ford to get the vehicle fixed following the new engine install. Shame on AutoPro! They left my family out to dry so we're having to sue following an already 6 months of disruption in our lives! Also, these bullies keep trying to get my reviews taken down but look at the evidence for yourself. The truth prevails. This place sucks.

I requested an appointment and he was able to get me in asap coming out on a Sunday morning. The issue was my heat was not working. The first thing he noticed was my antifreeze was almost empty. He went and got the fluid i needed and put it in for me. The heat still wasn't working but he said it probably needed to be driven and sure enough the heat started working with in not even five minutes. He was worried about a leak so he wanted me to keep him updated on the issue. I highly recommend!

I asked if I dropped off my vehicle on Sunday (Easter Sunday) if he could get it done on Monday. He said yes. I explained that I would pick it up after work (3:00).Again he said it would be fine. I had a friend drop me off. On Monday I called around 1:00 to check to see if my vehicle was ready. Stephen told me it would be ready in a "couple of hours". I asked so if I come around 3:30 it should be ready. He said yes. At 3:00 when I got home I called again expecting my car would be ready and I wanted to get the price so I could bring enough cash. Stephen again answered and told me "it was the next one in the bay". They close at 5:00. The last thing I wanted was a rushed job. Plus I felt lied to. There are many other shops that can replace brakes in my area. I will avoid this shop in the future and save myself time and frustration. Plus I don't want anyone rushing to get my car ready. After I got my key from the office I caught Shal to explain my disappointment after I took so much time to get this vehicle dropped off and picked up by another friend. Neither he nor anyone in the office seemed apologetic nor care that they didn't get my car ready as they said. Too bad so sad was their attitude. That's my attitude as well as I will move on to another service center that appreciates their customers and their business. And I would certainly not refer any one I know here. They are too busy for us anyway.

Oil changes anything like that they do a great job on. Now for the bad, I've been going there and getting my tires rotated for a while now. I even bought at least two of the tires there. Just last time I was told that they could not and would not rotate my tires because there's a date on there of a year and that they could no longer rotate anything more than five years old. I was real disappointed because this was going to be the last time they were rotated and then I was going to invest fairly soon in New tires from there. When I questioned why in all these terms that I've had them rotated nobody suggested that this would take place. I'm basically was told that this is possibly a new rule for the company. And it was most likely not dislocation's fault. So my suggestion? I will always recommend an oil change there. But I've kind of got a bad taste in my mouth now over the tires and the fact that I pretty much made the appointment and was pretty much to know because of something the company has decided. I promise for sure. I will continue going there for my oil changes because I would never ask for a better experience with oil changes.
