They did the work they could and gave an oil change that I'm almost due for anyway and, after finding some frayed wires and potentially-bigger issues, they kindly recommended me to another shop and charged me a great price for the work they did. It felt a bit like "Miracle on 34th Street" when they recommended a more specialized shop for my car, but I love that thoughtful level of service and it's why they'll do my next oil change or other basic work! I asked if I dropped off my vehicle on Sunday (Easter Sunday) if he could get it done on Monday. He said yes. I explained that I would pick it up after work (3:00).Again he said it would be fine. I had a friend drop me off. On Monday I called around 1:00 to check to see if my vehicle was ready. Stephen told me it would be ready in a "couple of hours". I asked so if I come around 3:30 it should be ready. He said yes. At 3:00 when I got home I called again expecting my car would be ready and I wanted to get the price so I could bring enough cash. Stephen again answered and told me "it was the next one in the bay". They close at 5:00. The last thing I wanted was a rushed job. Plus I felt lied to. There are many other shops that can replace brakes in my area. I will avoid this shop in the future and save myself time and frustration. Plus I don't want anyone rushing to get my car ready. After I got my key from the office I caught Shal to explain my disappointment after I took so much time to get this vehicle dropped off and picked up by another friend. Neither he nor anyone in the office seemed apologetic nor care that they didn't get my car ready as they said. Too bad so sad was their attitude. That's my attitude as well as I will move on to another service center that appreciates their customers and their business. And I would certainly not refer any one I know here. They double charged me on parts to the tune of about $1700, said they did work they didn't do, and did some work so poorly that the parts failed and could have killed me in a wreck as a result. I did get a refund for about 1/3 of the fraudulent charges after 2.5 months of back and forth with corpo office and only after threatening legal action. This place is not just a scam, it's unsafe. Avoid at all costs, or it could cost you all.

Oil changes anything like that they do a great job on. Now for the bad, I've been going there and getting my tires rotated for a while now. I even bought at least two of the tires there. Just last time I was told that they could not and would not rotate my tires because there's a date on there of a year and that they could no longer rotate anything more than five years old. I was real disappointed because this was going to be the last time they were rotated and then I was going to invest fairly soon in New tires from there. When I questioned why in all these terms that I've had them rotated nobody suggested that this would take place. I'm basically was told that this is possibly a new rule for the company. And it was most likely not dislocation's fault. So my suggestion? I will always recommend an oil change there. But I've kind of got a bad taste in my mouth now over the tires and the fact that I pretty much made the appointment and was pretty much to know because of something the company has decided. Of course I assumed AC work may or may not be expensive depending on the problem and after receiving a high quote I needed to run it by my husband. Also come to find out they charge mostly the labor because we found the parts I needed online for $215. (My quote was almost $1600 not including the money they robbed me of) They said they still needed to charge me ($217) because they topped off (it wasn't empty) and recharge my ac. I didn't ask them to do either of those things, just to run a diagnostic which I would have paid for if there was a cost for that, no problem. I asked the man at the counter if doing those things was going to temporarily help with the cold air and he said yes. A lie. Come to find out because my issue is my compressor, recharging and adding more Freon was a total waste of time and money. That's $217 wasted on something I didn't even ask them to do. I imagine they won't be willing to refund me so all I can do is try to help someone else to STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!
