Our appliance did not work after the service call and they said that it must have other problems than the one they fixed. That could perhaps be true, but if they diagnosed multiple problems to begin with, the washing machine would not be worth fixing and we would not have wanted any repairs done.

Extremely unprofessional hacks. The only thing worse than their lack of actual computer/electronic knowledge are the blatant lies they hide behind in attempt to cover up their incompetence. Every time I called about the status of a repair, I received a different answer. Funny how the problem could easily be fixed until after I forked over $120, and then suddenly the drive was damaged and corrupted and it could not be repaired. Not only was I out $120 but, when I went to pick up the drive, all I got in return was just loose parts from the original drive.
