After being completely let down at two different Walmart Auto Care Centers, I came to Discount Tire…read moreat 9630 Redick Ave in Omaha--and it was the best decision I could've made. Jay, the branch manager, was beyond personable and professional. He didn't just check me in--he took the time to talk with me, shared a bit about his career at Discount Tire, and spoke so highly of the company that it instantly gave me confidence I was in the right place. His pride in his work and his team shows in every detail. Jay went way above and beyond. He listened to my urgent situation--family driving up from Texas and a big lake day planned--and made sure my truck was ready so I could still pull my boat to the lake. He didn't have to make it happen, but he did. That kind of customer care is rare. He also pointed out extra issues (worn lug nuts, wiper blades) in a professional, helpful way--not as an upsell, but as someone who truly cared about my safety and my vehicle. The shop was clean, organized, and his whole team reflected the same professionalism. Bottom line: Jay deserves a raise or promotion. He turned what started as a stressful morning into a success. If you need tires or service in Omaha, skip Walmart and go straight to Discount Tire on Redick Ave. Jay and his team set the standard for customer service.
