Chris was extremely helpful and made the loan process painless and quick. When we arrived, the car was out and ready for us to look over and test drive. Once we were happy with the car, we completed the loan process. Overall we arrived at 11am and left just after 12pm. Everyone we contacted were helpful and extremely nice. Very poor customer service. After working with David for a week on a deal and finalizing…read moreeverything over the phone, all I had to do was go to the dealership to sign paperwork and trade off cars. Was quoted that "overage miles at end of lease would be $.10/mile". This was a lie!! When we go to the financing a I was told then that overage miles would be $.30/mile. I said no deal then as I was at the top of my payment range. Then the sales rep came in to ask if they could do the lease for 2500 extra miles a year at the same payment, would I sign and I said yes. Well, 10 minutes later he comes back and says his manager won't do that deal. So I wasted an entire week on back and forth calls to get the deal where I wanted it and not to mention 2 hours the day I was supposed to sign, only to walk away with no deal because Woodhouse Jeep Blair would not correct their sales rep's mistake. Not only was I a returning lease customer but the rest of my family has also been doing business with Woodhouse (other makes of vehicles) for over 12 years. Way to treat your repeat customer. Not only did they lose my business but the rest of my family's business as well. All because they didn't have the respect to correct their sales reps error. NEVER AGAIN will I buy from them.

I pulled into C & R Automotive on Sunday and met the owner standing outside in his church clothes. He said he would look at it on Monday. It was done by either Tuesday or Wednesday. Severe miss and needed a spark plug wire. $458.55 later, I picked up my car and vowed to never be bent over like that again from them. Absolutely ridiculous amount of money for the repair that was done. Spark plug wires are less then $40 for 6 on my 2007 Grand Prix.
