Best tire shop in town! Whenever I get new tires the owner is very accommodating and for a great price. I definitely recommend.

I don't even know where to start. A 5 star review from me was highly unlikely, considering this was…read moremy 4th vehicle purchase in a little over 5 years. If I could give them more stars I would. You will not regret going here! First off, this all started back in June of this year. I had leased a truck from a terrible dealership in Lincoln (Husker Chevrolet), and put me in an extremely bad situation, and they didn't care. In late December I started looking for some good year end deals to try and make up for my negative equity and get out of my lease. I found a bunch of trucks I liked, and sent out emails to numerous dealers explaining my situation and wanted to know if they honestly felt they could help. Woodhouse all across the board was all over it. I had a Woodhouse ford salesman text me within minutes of my email, and I had several other emails from the different makes and locations. I felt my best course of action was to ask around and get recommendations for a salesman. I had multiple people tell me to deal with Brandon Kephart at the Dodge location in Blair, and I suggest you do the same. He is a complete straight shooter. I told him what trucks I was interested in, explained my situation including my buyout, and asked if he thought he could make it work. He told me right away that my expectations were a little high, but he didn't want me to settle. We communicated 100% through email for almost a week. He never once asked me to come to the dealership, he didn't bug me by calling, he kept trying, and kept replying to my emails. If I didn't respond to an email, he wouldn't try again until the next day, and when he did, he just asked what I was thinking at that point. In one email, he literally asked me if I wanted to do everything through email, and have the truck delivered to me! Now that's excellent customer service! You can tell he cares and it's not just about sales, they wanted me to leave their dealership in a better situation than I came in. I walked out with the exact truck I had set out to get, just a little different color (didn't like the color in pictures, but loved it in person). There was no going back and forth talking to the sales manager through the salesperson, the first paper they brought me in the negotiating phase was $3 BELOW the payment I wanted to be at. No negotiating for hours like the previous dealership I had mentioned and others. No pushy salesman getting irritated with emails and telling me just to come in, only to switch the truck to a lesser model when I arrived. I really could go on and on about how easy this buying experience is compared to others, but I'll leave it at that. After you agree to the price and everything, they have a service manager come talk to you. While Caitlin was very nice, and knowledgeable, I just couldn't add anything else to my loan to keep the payment where I wanted it. We tried to see where the protection plan would put my payment, and it was too high. So, I said no, and that was the end of that, there was no begging, no pushing, no adding it in the loan and hoping I didn't catch it (I'm looking at you Baxter Dodge in Lincoln, as well as Husker Chevy in Lincoln). Finally, after that, I dealt with Matt in financing. Yet another great guy, who obviously is in it for the customer, not the numbers. He showed me additional warranties and GAP coverage with the changes it would make to the monthly payment. Yet again, I said no to all, except GAP coverage, and he was fine with that. I signed the papers, and I was out of the door about 2 hours after I stepped on the lot, that includes the time I took to drive the truck and make a decision, as well as taking stuff out of my old truck and putting it in the new one. Which isn't bad considering my last 2 vehicles took 8 and 6 hours. I do have to give credit to some of the behind the scenes people I didn't have the opportunity to meet. The sales manager gave me one heck of a deal on my trade in, and he also gave me a killer of a deal on this truck without any negotiations whatsoever. I really feel like I stole this truck. Also, any time I came in to or out of the dealership, if there was someone that worked there by the door, they would be very polite, open the doors for us, and greet us. Seriously, if you're considering a new car, I would suggest trying Woodhouse FIRST! I've had many dealerships say they can help me out, and in the end, I got screwed, but not here! They gained a customer for life, which was probably a good business decision for them given my track record with vehicles. I really can't thank them enough!

The guys here are very sexist. Didn't listen to me at all when talking about my lease. Ryan added…read moreadditional items I said not to. Terrible manners and service.
