Tom's main business strategy by offering this odd "improvement" to all of their pizzas just confuses me. Placing all of the toppings on the cheese not only makes it easier for all of the toppings to fall off, but it does not improve the flavour at all. Also they seem to think that because of their "novel" idea they can charge absurd prices for their pizza as well.
