Menu has changed quite a bit and unfortunately isn't as good as before. Understaffed as well. Cook is different but ok.

Typical truckstop food. Nothing special. They need to work on improving the menu. Waitress did okay but not the best we have ever had.

Soups are decent (a tad salty) and the salad bar has enough choice to put together a whopping salad if that's you're thing.

They have a pretty extensive mocktail menu if you don't/can't drink alcohol which I appreciate as well, but didn't try anything. We had the tirokafteri appetizer and it was amazing!!! We loved it. The crab pasta is also amazing. Our server was kind and attentive and joyfully answered any questions we had. We were checked on by about three different people which is always refreshing. I informed the waitress, and she kindly replaced it ,but the second bottle had the same issue. My daughter refused to drink anything else, so I had no choice but to go out to the parking lot and get our own bottled water. That should have been the first sign that the experience wasn't going to improve. We all ordered burgers, and they were extremely disappointing. Not only were they overpriced, but the buns were completely soaked in grease and falling apart. Even though we requested medium-rare, the burgers came out raw -- not just pink, but visibly undercooked. It was very unappetizing. While the restaurant itself has a cozy atmosphere, the quality of the food and overall experience overshadowed that. We left feeling uncomfortable, and our stomachs started hurting afterward. Sadly, we regret choosing this place and would not return.

Great looking corner bar on the East end of Main St. I didn't think it was looking like a kid…read morefriendly place for lunch, but the bartender Kyle was extremely friendly and insisted we were good to go. The inside has dark colors, but brightened a bit by the sunlight coming through the outer wall windows. I liked the wooden barrel lights over the bar, barrel wall sconces by the booths and the small bikes made out of pipes with Edison bulbs in them that hang over the front tables. The interior had exposed brick on the outer wall, brown painted patterned ceiling tiles and a gorgeous long antique wooden bar. We sat in one of the cushioned booths in the back. Their menu is small and simple with about ten apps and six handhelds. They have some uncommon menu items that peaked our interest like Goat Birria Tacos, Sloppy Joe's and Mahi Sliders. My wife and son ordered the Sloppy Joe's at $8 that came with seasoned beef and their "House Sloppy Sauce". They both enjoyed them and said the seasoning was good and sauce had a bit of a sweetness. My youngest son had a plain chicken wrap $13 bacon, ranch, LT and Cheddar Jack. It was sizeable and fresh. We ended up splitting it up later for an app before dinner so its shareable if you have a smaller stomach. Kyle recommended their Smash Burger - Smashed Crispy Beef Patty, Cheese, LTO $13. It was average and there was nothing bad to say about it. I enjoyed a Mosier's Mosaic IPA by ShawneeCraft with it. They have a small house cocktail list and their tap list is small, but they do have some craft offerings and cans/bottles. The kids watched sports on a couple of the several TV's around the bar and we had a nice relaxing lunch. I'd stop in again if in the area. Thanks Kyle!

Joe Bosco's is the real deal: authentic, smoky, and made with serious care and quality ingredients. We started with the hush puppies (seriously, these are legendary -- crispy outside, fluffy inside, and perfect with a drizzle of honey), then dove into the main event. The brisket was absolutely phenomenal. We are talking melt-in-your-mouth tender, perfectly smoked with that deep, rich flavor, no sauce even needed (though their house BBQ sauce is killer too). Sides were on point! Their hand cut fries were special. We also got brussel sprouts and a philly cheese steak. When in Pennsylvania, right? The vibe is super chill -- casual indoor/outdoor seating (the patio is supposedly great when the weather's nice according to the server), friendly and welcoming staff who actually seem to care, and the whole place just feels clean, relaxed, and fun. Be sure to bring some cash with you. They have a special discount policy. Cash is king! Will definitely eat here again next time I am in the area.

Curiosity and the beauty of German engineering got the best of me so I took a country drive out of town (and across state lines!) to PA. Opened Yelp and found this brewery just 5 miles down the road. Another thing about me: I'm my own best company - love a solo date. Done deal. The menu was gas! Bacon jam fries?? Apple butter wings?!?!? A beer list to die for?? Friends, I ate and drank bigly. Food: Fantastic. Yall know my thoughts on breweries with no food. This place can stand on its own as a restaurant without a liquor license. There are no cashiers, but instead several touch screen kiosks laid out for you to place your order. There is a small window where you can visibly see the cooks in the kitchen. I ordered the Veggie Legendary with the Beyond Meat patty. Not kidding when I say the brioche bun makes it better, but overall this is one of the best tasting burgers I've had. It was hard to resist eating the whole thing. The patty had bbq sauce and mushrooms piled high on it. The cheese was melty and the fresh greens oozed out. Fries were hot and crispy. Their table setup is quite interesting - it's like a doctor's office where you remove the disposable paper from the bed after each patient, but in this case, from a table after each customer that dines. We did it ourselves and it was easy. We found seating for 4 pretty quickly, but it may be tricky for groups of 5 or more to find seats together. Cutesy artwork can be found on the walls along with a frame TV that had the Tiny Desk concerts playing. Prices were a little higher than usual, but it is New Hope so that's to be expected. We asked a woman in the kitchen for a to-go box and she provided one right away. The ratings here are accurate! A really great place for burgers and fries.
