Also, there is one resident that has been harassing my Mom's CNAs in the dining room and in the parking lot without any intervention by the staff or administration. Today my mother waited one and a half hours for her meal to be served to her table , even though she was one of the 1st people seated in the dining room. I could go on and on , but I think you get the idea.

A resident walking by mentioned that this has happened before, which was disappointing but not surprising given my experience. If the leasing team can't honor scheduled appointments or even notify prospective tenants about delays, it doesn't inspire much confidence in how the property is managed.

Tour/Move-In: Everything was clearly explained, tour was thorough, the staff professional and friendly. I had toured many buildings that were all nice and relatively new. What sold me on Broadstone was the customer service of the staff. Building/Unit Amenities: In my opinion they were all top notch for the price. I am from LA so I felt I was getting a lot for my money. I was the first tenant in my unit which was cool. I loved the hardwood floors, the huge walk-in closet, and new appliances. I made sure to live on the top floor as I learned my lesson in other places, therefore noise was never an issue for me. The gym is definitely the nicest apartment gym I've ever seen. No other gym membership was needed. And it's open 24/7, AC always worked, music/TV always worked. I don't recall any equipment ever being out of order. There are 2 privates room to work out in as well if you want privacy. The co-work/working space is excellent. It's nice to get out of your apt at times when you work from home. And it's super convenient to just have to walk across the street and not try to fight for a table at a coffee shop or the like. I didn't rent a private office, but I didn't have a need to. There were plenty of open tables and when I needed to make a call there are little private "phone booths" with a desk. The pool is nice, but I honestly didn't use it much. Nothing wrong with it, but for me there are too many kids. I want to relax at the pool, not hear screaming kids or have them run around/splashing everyone. Kids are kids so I get it. You don't complain about that, I simply avoided the pool. But it was always clean and there are plenty of lounge chairs. People used it and as long as kids don't irk you, you won't have any issues with it. Parking was never an issue. I did reserve a spot when I bought a new car, but you definitely don't need to reserve a spot as there are plenty of spots. I will say be careful if you park beyond the 1st floor of the parking garage. They built it very narrow and going around the corners is like playing chicken. And unfortunately, not everyone has common sense or is courteous, and they come around those corners way too fast. I avoided it by getting a spot on the 1st floor of the garage. It's just accidents waiting to happen on the floors above. My car was always safe in the garage and on the premises. The coffee shop is a nice touch. I saved so much on coffee and it's always a nice little spot to read or work. Maintenance: I can't say enough great things about the maintenance team. They are amazing. Quick to respond and attend to maintenance tickets. They really do go above and beyond and I can honestly say they are the best maintenance team I've had in all my years of renting. Package Room/Mail: They use the Luxor system and when the carriers follow instructions it's great. I've never had a package stolen. The only negative I have on this is that sometimes the carriers are lazy and just leave the packages anywhere in the package room and then you have to dig through them. When this happens the leasing office will try to organize them. It's true the fire alarms will go off on occasion. It sucks, but they do their best to minimize it. They seemed to get a handle on in after a particularly bad month of them going off. The elevators do go out of service on occasion, but it was never both at once and they do their best to get them fixed ASAP. When I got my renewal it was a very small increase. Only reason I did not renew is because I moved back to LA. If I ever return to PTC I will go right back to Broadstone PTC. I had no issues getting my security deposit back and in a timely manner. I'm a picky B, and I 100% recommend Broadstone PTC!

I've had other relatives in other facilities, and they just felt depressing. I was very pleased to see The Landings have regular occasions with live entertainment and other activities. The walls are brightly painted and halls are nice and wide. Very clean. The staff is cheerful and willing to help out if needed. These are special people. If you are faced with this decision, The Landings at Norcross is worth checking out.
