We could not be more pleased with the level of care she's received and how happy/well adjusted she is in her environment. Most of the staff has been there many years, and they promote from within, which speaks volumes. We feel like the staff is family. They take such phenomenal care of the residents, our most cherished loved ones. There are multiple daily activities, outings, terrific meal choices, beautiful terraces, places to walk, lovely gathering rooms, physical therapy/exercise room and amazing dining areas. Mom could not be happier as she is very social and loves the multitude of activities. She does not drive anymore, but has plenty of opportunities to go wherever she needs. Nestled in the heart of Korea Town in Duluth, Georgia, my first impression was truly impressive. Guided by Ms. Mun, the Community Relations Director, we toured the facility and enjoyed a delicious lunch prepared for the residents. It was exceptional. If my late parents had lived in Georgia, this is exactly the kind of place I would have wanted them to call home. Eben Silver Town is not designed for low-income seniors, but rather for those who can afford $4,000-$5,000 per month, which includes meals. Their plans are also flexible, allowing residents to customize accommodations and services as needed. The community offers studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, with optional à la carte services such as housekeeping, weekly laundry and linen, medication management, and monitoring and cueing assistance.
