I called on a Friday and left a message to inquire about having my 30 lb Icelandic Sheepdog groomed. I received a text message from Lucas on Sunday following up. When I told him the size and breed of my dog, he replied that they cannot currently accommodate new customers with longer-haired breeds, as the groomers are booked months in advance and they can't keep up with demand. Lucas was professional and apologetic and for that I'm appreciative. Being in a position to turn away customers and income is a good problem to have for any business, and I hope that they continue to see high demand for their services. However, from the customer perspective, the reality is that I called a business requesting a service, and I was turned away. Unless you're a nightclub, that type of treatment, as necessary as it may seem in the short-term, doesn't bode well for long-term success. I still have a dog that needs to get groomed, and I'll have to take my business elsewhere. In doing so, I'll likely recount the experience of being turned away to other dog owners, and as any business owner knows, word-of-mouth is crucial to success. For the future, I'd recommend the team take a different course of action than to simply turn people away- rather, advise on the lengthy wait time, offer to make an appointment, no matter how far out, and offer to call if cancellations arise. I would have greatly appreciated that courtesy and felt as if they really wanted to earn my business. Instead, I was left feeling shut out and as though this business couldn't be bothered to accept my money. At the end of the day, simply saying "sorry, can't do it" to a customer, no matter how necessary it may feel and how politely you deliver the message, will always leave a bad taste in their mouth. They'll tell others about that bad taste, and they'll likely never return.

Luna had a great time during her visit. It was her first time to the groomer at just under 7 months old; her undercoat is still developing and her overcoat is only just starting to come in. We learned that it was the first Belgian Tervuren that Bubbly Pup has groomed, and it was evident they really did their homework and studied her breed for a perfect approach to her grooming. We couldn't be happier with the results and will definitely be back. I also appreciate the convenience of text messaging in addition to phoning for appointments and updates.

He cannot wait to get in the door to play with his friends. Just the mere site of how happy he is, is very telling to me. He obviously enjoys being there. Linda and Paul are always very accommodating as well. I wouldn't hesitate to board my dog with positively Pets. They are fantastic people, and you can tell the animals are very, very happy.

We had not used her before but we had Been in her store. We brought our golden in for her appointment with some reservations and anxiety. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by friendly staff members. After speaking with an employee for a brief period Megan, the owner, greeted us. She went over everything with me and was quite attentive to our golden who truly believes it is all about her. I felt more comfortable leaving her after the interaction I had with Megan and employees. When I received a text that she was done I went into the shop to see our dog looking totally beautiful. She was behind the counter with Megan with a toy in her mouth, imagine that. Megan went over everything and I was pleasantly surprised as the price was less than expected. I believe we have a new groomer. Thank you Megan and everyone else. It is obvious you love what you do. My advice if you are interested is to check them out, you will definitely be pleased. They also have several mobile grooming vans. Rating is 5stars only because there are not more.

Vet techs were so nice and so friendly. The vet, however, was extremely rude and arrogant. Since this was my first time owning a certain breed of dog, I had a few questions for him (the vet), to which he couldn't answer really any and ended up responding, "haven't you ever owned a dog before?" Yes, I have, but not this dog and not this breed. He then went on to tell me the questions were beneath him and left the room. If you want a caring, knowledgeable vet who will take the time with you and your pet, this is NOT the place.

They treat each dog as if it was their own. We're always greeted with a warm smile at drop off in the morning, and another at evening pickup. We love that they offer spa and boarding services, meaning it's one less place we, and our pup need to visit. Otto, our 5 year old German Shorthaired Pointer is always excited to head to "school" in the morning, and literally struts out the door with his nose held high in the evening when leaving.

The staff is amazing, my dog loves the staff and the other dogs, and they are always happy to help. I would definitely recommend anyone with a dog that is friendly with other people and dogs, and is also comfortable with periodic downtime in crates, to experience dogtopia.

Don't bring your pet here unless you want them to get injured, be left in the dark about it, spend…read more$1500 on vet visits and drive out or state for a neurologist to address the violent muscle spasms he's been having due to this facilities neglect. All the while, ive been paying extra to put him in isolation while hes there so his injury isn't aggravated by playing with other dogs. My dog is my life, my baby, and my greatest joy. They are responsibile for failing to report his injury leading to a delay in diagnosis and treatment, and ultimately to him having violent muscle spasms in their lobby. I will never trust this place again.
