When it came in I was told it was $57.07 and if I didn't want to pay that price I could leave it. Previously I had received this same order delivered to my home for $34.69. They deliberately jacked up the price to $57.07 for 5 lb. of dog food. They knew I was all out so felt free to rake me over the coals for $22.38 more than it really cost. I needed a new script for the food I will ad. These people aren't nice so I would like others to be sure and confirm your pricing. on goods and services.

My puppy is happy to go there every time. She LOVES seeing familiar faces and the employees are pleasant and helpful. We have had to use them for last minute boarding and day care since we started and they are truly there for their clients. I know I can rely on them and they listen to any concerns I have. I took my puppy for intro grooming to another place and that service messed up her cut. Brianna, the groomer at Gemini, is currently helping to get her shape back and she has had detailed conversations with me on how she will help. My puppy is looking adorable again. Trainers there are very detailed and knowledgeable with what they do and how your puppy responds. I think I may go for additional training. Overall, I'm very pleased and would highly recommend them. Now I understand why their evaluation process is so detailed. They truly care about their dogs.

We had a beach getaway planned for early summer (booked a year in advance) and had no idea what to do with our (then 13 week old) kitten. I spoke with Patty on the phone and she eased all of my worries about leaving our baby Leo with her. We boarded Leo for the week we were away and he was the happiest boy when we picked him back up! He is a very needy kitten (needs lots of attention and cries if he doesn't get it), so I was worried about leaving him - but no need to worry with Patty! Patty made sure to have him out for playtime regularly and sent us lots of pictures to keep us updated. Leo absolutely loved her! Plus, Patty even allowed us to bring our non-clumping litter for her to use during the week, since Leo was still too young for regular clumping (if you've ever used it, you know non-clumping litter can be a pain, but Patty didn't even bat an eye at the inconvenience of it!). We left Leo with her again at the end of the summer for a last minute weekend trip and received the same 5-star treatment! We love Patty and can't recommend The Cat's Pajamas Inn highly enough!

She thought nothing of having me bring my cat who had never been there before, shove him in a crate and the leave right after he gets there for 2 hours? The whole point of me bringing him was for her to meet him, see how he does. When I asked if it might be better to bring him later that day when she would be around, she said no I'm having company!! Again WHAT?? How much attention and time was she planning on spending with my cat who would probably have been frightened as can be. I would NEVER bring my cat there and I'm so happy that I learned what she's truly all about beforehand. Looks can be deceiving!!
