WBU service is phenomenal...they asked questions about my needs & educated me on the best equipment to try. I also love their food selection, particularly the 'No Mess' blends. Their daily savings club benefits are also a great value and will keep me coming back (I've already visited 3 times in the past month)! But what really won me over is that after I joined their savings club, I received a hand written thank you note from the store on beautiful stationary w/ a picture of an American Goldfinch. The note was so pretty and sweet that I've saved it. Best customer service I've received in years!
