Things didn't go as planned initially because of a warehouse miscommunication, and I was pretty annoyed. In addition a part (springs) I ordered was not in stock (COVID). The part out of stock was set to arrive in October. I initially wanted a partial shipment, but changed my mind a couple of days later and indicated all could be shipped at the same time. I expected everything to arrive around October. Today, I get an email stating everything had shipped, including the springs that were on back order. I emailed Josh at Wheeler's to confirm this was true. He said it was and I'm expecting to get everything today (09/01/2020). Wheeler's turned what could have become a really bad experience into something good, which is something all of their customers expect from them. Thank you, Wheeler's. I'm a customer for life.

Upon starting my bike on day two of our trip I noticed my bike(a 2012 Yamaha FJR) making what sounded like an exhaust leak. Unable to determine the cause and not wanting to ride the bike in that condition I Googled motorcycle repair shops in the area and found LMS Motorsports. Since it was only a few miles from our hotel I rode directly there so I would be there when they opened at 9am. I was cheerfully greeted by Sherry only to find out the shop only works on off road motorcycles and ATV's. Jeff,(who I assume is the owner) overheard us talking and came over to ask what the problem was. I explained it to him and he said "let's take a look". I started the bike, he stuck his head down by the exhaust and said without any hesitation "I can fix that, drive it around the back". Fifteen minutes later(and a quick TIG weld) I was on my way and able to finish our ride without and further incidents. I can't thank Jeff and his courteous staff enough for there exceptional customer service!!!!!! I just

Turns out they know how to make it worse! And go straight to looking for more problems prior to doing what I had asked them to accomplish for us. Over $2000 later and 3 trips of bringing it back didn't help whatsoever! So when spoke to Jeff at LMS, he already had an idea of what happened. He came to pick up the machine, repaired it and brought it back. Corrected the work that the dealer claimed they already had done. Did even more things than I had expected, plus cost less than the dealer. I reached out to the Dealership owner showing him the invoice for what I just had done. No response, I'm not too surprised! After 10 years of being a customer and buying 2 new machines from them, he could care less to make it right! So be aware that the local Polaris shop is not capable of doing it right and especially for what they charge! LMS came through for Us! Thanks Jeff Foster!

The parts manager gave excellent advice on tires that all preformed well on dirt, gravel and asphalt. There is a new owner but service continues to be great. The manager was very helpful but not an expert on all the adventure models. Dirt bikes are the best sellers here. A downside is that the owner will not take trade-ins. (Probably because the shop hardly has room for its new bikes.) The 2016 shop was burned in the Alameda Fire. The new shop is much smaller and crowded with KTM dirt bikes with few adventure and high-speed street bikes.

Though they didn't have the exact model, they provided a hassle-free system to order, the clear and timely communication was fantastic by their whole team and they were competent liaisons between us and the bank, gave great trade-in value, offered fair market value for the new rig and had in-house hitch installation.
