We were shopping all over for an ATV and even looking as far as Texas to have it shipped to us. Getting a used one was a gamble but I just happen to see an advertisement Jeremy put up on Facebook marketplace for some new ones they had on hand and I decided to message him. He responded quickly and was professional and very helpful and knowledgeable. We ordered an ATV from him and he made sure it was delivered on time before Christmas. The process couldn't be more seamless and stress free. He was very impressive with his service and we then wanted to buy a dirt bike. Sure enough, he knew his stuff and asked all the important questions to make sure we got exactly what we needed and wanted. Again, he pulled it off and got it delivered BEFORE Christmas! I'm so glad we did business with this shop. We bought a couple other off road vehicles from a shop in a near by city here in Sonoma County previously and I just didn't like that place. It just felt off. Jeremy is a great guy and won't upsell on anything you don't need. He's very honest and cares about his customers and that goes a long way. A great buying experience. I had been shopping around for a pit bike from Eugene to Medford for awhile. I had seen everything from a craigslist bike hemorrhage gas from the caulked-on carburetor, to dealerships selling super bikes for out-of-ballpark sticker prices. Mostly, though, the market was scarce, at least until someone referred me to Country ATV & Cycle. Here, I found several 70-110cc pit bikes for seriously competitive prices, and a staff dedicated to making sure my bike was ready to ride out the door. I must have asked Jeremy a hundred questions about the bikes, and he answered all of them. The customer service is unparalleled in this market space. For a casual inexperienced rider like myself, this pays its value a few times over. If I were to purchase a bike online, I would be left paying a large pre-build cost, or spend a few days building it myself making mechanic mistakes. Still though, Country ATV & Cycle beat all those prices and sent me out the door with a finely tuned machine. So, you're getting better service for a lower price. That's as good as it gets. Also, just walking into this place is like being in a museum of motor vehicles, with mechanic components and active projects arranged in aisles, plus a garage full of bikes and ATVs of all sizes and power for sale.
