He responded quickly and was professional and very helpful and knowledgeable. We ordered an ATV from him and he made sure it was delivered on time before Christmas. The process couldn't be more seamless and stress free. He was very impressive with his service and we then wanted to buy a dirt bike. Sure enough, he knew his stuff and asked all the important questions to make sure we got exactly what we needed and wanted. Again, he pulled it off and got it delivered BEFORE Christmas! I'm so glad we did business with this shop. We bought a couple other off road vehicles from a shop in a near by city here in Sonoma County previously and I just didn't like that place. It just felt off. Jeremy is a great guy and won't upsell on anything you don't need. He's very honest and cares about his customers and that goes a long way. We, as a small business owner, truly appreciate and respect that type of work ethic and attention to detail in what you do. Now I want something else for our property and he's been extremely helpful in trying to accomplish that. His prices are very reasonable and he will get you exactly what you're asking for. I can no longer recommend them. I had some work done, it came back faulty. I called for four…read morestraight days with no call back. When I was finally able to ask them to fix it, I was told that they would charge me if they could not fix it within a half hour. If they had done it right the first time, or fixed their mistake I would keep coming back, but I don't feel I should pay twice for the same repair.

Ariel Atom... wooooosh! Excitement and rush to drive or even be driven in one…read more The Ariel Atom Experience is coming in 2007, I might sign up for their track event. UPDATE: I've been Atom-ized. I found a local who owns one, went for an Atom experience. There's actually more human space inside than a Lotus Elise or a Saleen S7. It's much easier to get in/out. You feel snug inside, even though it's a tubular frame without any body shells to protect you. You get the motorcycle feeling, but in a cacoon. Street-legal go-kart of a ride! Find some crests or bumps, and you might catch some air.
