Took care of the problem I had on my Sig P320. Contacted Sig for me and got a new optic free of charge. Also sent out my Sig to get cerakote through Counter Strike Firearms. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable especially Diane. Thanks again. Will be returning for future firearm purchases. read more

CSF is truly pro 2A and all about customer service! I have talked to many fellow customers of theirs and they have all said Greg and Diane have the best choice of guns, and will make efforts to get rare ones for clients. If you are in the market for a gun, ammo or accessories this is the only place you should stop in at! They have great prices and are owned by a local family that supports your rights to bear arms! read more

They always have a great selection and good prices on ammo. The owner is also very nice and helpful.

Great Family Owned Business!!!! Greg and his wife have put together a great shop. The customer service is great and dealing with family owned business is a huge plus. When you walked in you are immediately greeted by people in the shop. So, if you need any help understanding firearms or want to be helped by people that don't want to just sell you a gun or parts, this is the place to go. Thank you for everything. I will definitely be a repeat shopper and will bring everyone I know to your shop. read more

I want to thank Diane for making my purchase smooth and easy. Love this shop, small but huge selection!!Diane, Greg and Doug provide such Fantastic customer service and recommendations, they explain things clearly and make it easy to figure out the Pros and Cons on the different guns. I love that Diane is so knowledgeable, as a woman myself, it makes me feel that I too can be confident and safe with my guns. Prices are reasonable, and they'll get you what they don't have in stock! read more

A wonderful family owned business. The thing I like the most about this gun shop is that you can purchase guns that many gun shops can't even get. Their staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about any questions I may have. I am a customer for life! read more

I am hoping that today was a one off. We went in to inquire about doing a transfer and there were no other customers there. I understand that they want to keep the space for the guns they are selling rather than transfers. With that said, the younger individual had a bit of a bad attitude while answering our questions. read more

Great place. Customer service top grade. If you are looking for products that they carry,,this is the best store.

Absolutely the best dealer in riverside county. Patient, talkative and gave some great advice. I knew exactly what I wanted and Greg had all the paperwork done in a matter of minutes. I am extremely happy with this store, it is an asset to the shooting community of riverside county and I will be back! read more

Had a Very Enjoyable Experience at Counter Strike Firearms. Greg and His Wife are very friendly, patient, knowledgeable, very informative, and approachable. They took their time to answer all my questions and assist My Wife and I. All my future purchases will be at Counter Strike Firearms, So Glad I Found Such a Great Family Owned Company I Can Rely On! Come check them out before heading to any big box store and support a locally ran business. I'm sure you'll Agree They Really are Awesome! read more

Didn't even make it inside ! Horrible customer service ! I guess if your not in there circle of friends they disregard you ! Upon arrival and entering store was immediately told to wait outside with no hello how are you or any greeting all while there was only one customer in the store along with the worker ! There site says one to two people !? More like only one person allowed inside at a time ! First impressions are everything, if you treat your customers like my family and I was treated well I then feel like your company doesn't like making money. I wouldn't recommend, they don't deserve your business. read more

I gotta say, as a first time gun owner I never thought I would get treated with such respect, patience & urgency..yeaa I waited about a month or 2 to receive my 1911 but I trusted that Greg would give me a call as soon as my gun arrived & sure enough he did! I had every question answered fully & the attitude in the atmosphere was amazing, thanx guys & I can't wait to purchase my next weapon off them!!! P.S. They have theeee BEST pricing out there so anyone locally look no further, they're prices are VERY competitive!! read more

Really cool store. Owners are awesome and knowledgeable. Really cool inventory on both guns/ ammo.

Greg and his crew at Counter Strike are the best. No egos here and they handle even the stupidest of my questions like its the first time they've answered it. They will take time to answer all your questions and treat everyone like a friend. These guys can get busy, but that's only because they're that good. Prices are fantastic and given the level of care I've always received, they've earned my business. read more

This was my first time visiting Counter Strike firearms, primarily based on their Yelp reviews and by looking at their Facebook page. My wife and I went to Counter Strike firearms to check out a firearm for my wife, a first time buyer, and to consider one for myself, too. Their reviews suggested she would receive great advice and exceptional service. That was not the case. An employee had us wait outside so a customer inside the store could enjoy his social distancing. I thought that was odd but I respected his wishes. He offered to answer some questions and it all went down hill from there: no selection of hand guns aside from something like a Walther P22 and we would not be allowed to "handle" any of firearms because some people are freaky about catching the Corona Virus. Low on ammo, too, he then rattled off what he was out of - all the regular stuff - and he said all the firearm dealers get their merchandise from the same distributor and that we would be lucky if we were able to find a gun anywhere and even luckier if we found the ammo to go with it. My opinion: he pre-qualified us based on our appearances and gave up lame excuses to avoid our entering his store. It happens. We headed off to another store and bought the perfect-for-her firearm and a big box of ammo to go with it... something he said he was out of. While there, we engaged in conversation with another customer who said he had gone to Counter Strike Firearms and described the owner as "a jerk." Maybe he is maybe he isn't. Not my call. The service at the competition was exceptional, including the advice they provided to my wife about choosing the right fit. I will do business at that store from here out. They're going to make a lot of money off of me and my veteran friends. No hard feelings, Counter Strike firearms, no hard feelings. Maybe you were just having a bad day or overwhelmed with the rush for people to exercise their 2nd Amendment rights. Good luck. read more

I walked into the store the other day to check out their supply As I am in the market to purchase a new firearm and wanted to see what their inventory consisted of Greg the owners service was exceptional He spent a good 5 to 10 minutes talking with me and advising me he could order what I wanted. Even with a store full of customers waiting his reply to me was, every customer gets the same attention. They've earned my business! read more

Best firearms shop out there. No need to shop around prices and service are great! Greg and crew are awesome!

A great little gun store in Hemet that has an excellent staff. They walk customers through firearms and ammo purchases, and they are extremely helpful in helping customers get the firearms & firearms accessories they need read more

Did a PPT late afternoon yesterday, actually a trade to another person. Diane was the person who did both transfers, she did them quickly with no problem. This is one of the best PPT I have ever experienced and I have done many over the years. I would strongly recommend using this FFL for all your firearms needs in the Hemet area. It was nice to have a store care about doing a PPT a lot of FFL's feel they are not making enough money and do not really care about dong them. I thank Counter Strike Firearms for their great customer service and will return again for my firearms needs. read more

If I could give them 100 stars I would. You couldn't ask for nicer people when helping you search for what you want. If you want something specific, and they can find it, Greg will get it for you. I have purchased all my firearms through them and can't think of anyone else I would rather go to. In terms of Mom and Pop shops they are the best. read more

I ordered a hard to find pistol from Greg, super friendly and helpful. He sent me text messages with pictures as soon as my gun arrived and gave me pick up time and date. Everyone that was behind the counter was friendly. I tend to hate going to gun shops because the people behind the counters can be cocky and extremely opinionated about the weird guns I buy. I didn't get that vibe here, and Greg was happy to help me. I will definitely come back for all my gun needs. read more

Thank goodness there was a giant advertisement in the parking lot (Truck), or I would've passed right by this place. little did I know there was a firearms dealer in Hemet, as I had purchased other firearms down in San Diego. After walking in, looking around and talking to the well educated staff, I saw a rifle that I wanted. After a quick phone call while sitting in my car outside in the parking lot, I hung up my phone walked right back in and purchased a rifle that I couldn't pass up on. Much cheaper than I've seen a few other stores, to include rifles on local military bases, so I went for it. In addition to the rifle, I picked up other accessories for my other guns and left a very satisfied customer. The purchase process was very easy and fast, no issues at all. Can't wait to pick up my new addition, and continue to shop at this location. With tax season coming up, its good to know that I have a new place to spend some hard earned money. read more

I just completed yet another firearms purchase through Counter Strike Firearms, and I cannot say enough about how great the customer service is here. Greg, the owner, and his staff go the extra mile to ensure their customers are well cared for. The paperwork is done right the first time and his prices are some of the best I've seen. I absolutely believe this gun shop deserves my business as well as yours! There are plenty of gun shops locally in Temecula, but I drive from Temecula to go to this gun shop because I wouldn't go anywhere else. I trust them for all my firearms needs. read more
