Afterwards I wanted to confirm the details in which she then stated the Bentley wasn't available &it would be the rollsRoyce Cloud. That was very misleading of her to do that. Regardless I went with this company. Gave her the pick up address 3 different times because she kept stating the incorrect address through our written communications. On my wedding day the car & driver arrived on time. The driver was well dressed, kind, and patient. He had tissues in the car for me and even helped my father tie his tie before heading out. The vehicle was beautiful! The air conditioning was comfortable on the hot summer day. During our time in the car the gas or exhaust fumes were a little harsh for me but bearable during our short trip. I give it 4 stars due to the lackluster phone service.
