Tammie was truly amazing, patiently explaining all of the bureaucratic monstrosity that is the American health care system, from HMOs to Medicare. She was highly knowledgeable, resourceful, and extremely personable. I honestly don't know what I would have done without her; she walked me through all the steps I needed to get the home care set up and was compassionate about the many obstacles I faced due to my father's terrible HMO. She helped me with getting my dad into his primary care and assisted me with all the steps needed to get his home health referral. The rest of the staff at Choice Matters is also excellent; my dad loved his physical therapist, Allen, who helped him get back on his feet, literally. My dad is a misanthropic curmudgeon who doesn't like most people, but he looked forward to his visits with Allen and was able to walk again with his support. The name of the agency really reflects that "Choice Matters" when you choose a caregiver. I highly recommend!

I always ran to big commercial massage chains searching for healing that I never could attain. Then I tore my meniscus and even though I wish I never did I am grateful because I met Igor and the staff at PT solution and was able to experience true healing. I literally would walk into the office not being able to walk up the stairs and in one session I had improvements and could manage the stairs on my own. There's nothing like it! I think I might have asked at least three times on my first visit "What is this place and why am I just hearing about it?!" My husbands job relocated us and we moved out of state but I wish I could have packed them up and taken them with me. It isn't a day at the spa lol you have to put in work in order for your body to work but my goodness when you do your part and have Igor and the team to help guide you back to health it is truly life changing.

I told the nurse about the roaches and asked for the exterminator. Three days later the exterminator had not shown up. Four days later he showed up and walked around the room and sprayed the perimeter of the room with the spray going all into the air while I was in the room. It simply is not an uplifting atmosphere within which to recuperate. I have all my faculties so I was able to advocate for myself. The nurses would never bring me my IV vancomycin antibiotic on time, which is supposed to be a strict every 12 hours. They take the time to meet with the patient first (and the patient's family or support team if they have one) instead of just sending a caregiver over on the day the service starts. They help determine the needs and care of the patient ahead of time. They discuss care preferences and scenarios, touring your home with you to locate essentials for cooking, laundry, cleaning, bathing, medical needs, and pet care. On the first day of service, they accompany the caregiver to review item locations, ensuring minimal disturbance to the patient post-surgery. I thought that strategy was brilliant and thoughtful. It hadn't even crossed my mind, but I'm so glad it was on theirs! Knowing and then meeting the patient's needs is their top priority. They're perfect if you don't have a reliable support system in town, or your loved ones' schedules can't accommodate all or some of your needs. If procedures or surgery is required they'll take you to the hospital or doctor's office and be the point of contact for your release, similar to a family member, and bring you home, settle you in and stay with and care for you for your allotted time. They'll even run errands, buy groceries and prepare meals for you. Their on-staff registered nurse visits your home if a medical concern arises, assessing whether it's normal or requires follow-up with your medical provider, and this service is integrated into your care plan based on need. They also offer flexible care scheduling to accommodate varying daily requirements, which is a rarity in the industry. Whether you just need a little in-home assistance, or you need lots of care after a procedure or event, you can't go wrong with "Complete Care at Home. They are so genuinely thoughtful, sweet and friendly and endeavor to keep the comfort, needs and care of the patient first. It doesn't even feel like you're doing business with a business. I highly recommend them!
