I recently had an ottoman re-upholstered at a local shop. They charged me a lot of money for inferior work, and I did not want to repeat the experience. I could not have been happier with Nancy's. I sent Nancy photos of the mattress and a photo of the daybed I liked. She and her daughter asked a lot of good questions and made excellent recommendations over the phone. They thoughtfully pre-washed my fabric, cut the mattress to size, wrapped it in Dacron, used their own fabric to extend the cushion cover, added a zipper, then went above-and-beyond by completing the work under a tight deadline, and picking the mattress up and dropping it off, all without additional charges. I highly recommend Nancy's if you are looking for exceptionally beautiful, quality work at a fair price, and excellent customer service.
