Shasta, so I called back and explained that I knew how touchy my Subaru could be with all wheel drive and damage easily caused by, for example, just buying one new tire. I was told that they'd squeeze me in but that I'd be doing some waiting. I grabbed a book I'd been wanting to read and showed up and only waited 40 worth-it minutes. Redding is lucky to have these guys take care of cars needing alignment-- (I'd never get all new tires without an alignment. .

I experienced damage to a wheel hub on my dual axle trailer in Ashland OR. Had a shop there install brakes all around while they were repairing it. Heading back home to the Bay Area, by the time I got to Mt. Shasta another hub was heating up. I spoke to Troy, a mobile mechanic in Weed. He was booked and, lacking other options in the area, I decided to limp down to civilization (Redding) where my odds of finding help would increase. Troy referred me to All Wheel. Four hours and 65 miles later, I limped into their lot, hoping against hope for an appointment sometime in the next week. I spoke to Rizzy, an outstanding gentleman with a heart of gold. Much to my surprise, within a short time he had Brian inspecting all of my axles. As it was late in the day, we decided it would be best to finish in the morning. As others have mentioned, I was graciously offered the option to spend the night, which I gladly accepted. Throughout the process they kept me in the loop as to what they were doing to diagnose and eventually fix the problem. They found two issues that the previous shop was responsible for, and by noon the next day I was heading back home to the Bay Area. I could not have asked for better service. The level of professionalism was outstanding. I highly recommend these folks for your repair and maintenance needs. Thanks Rizz!

We went in for an oil change and I had them check what I thought was an oil leak but turned out to be a gas leak. The part had to be ordered, and Donny and Stephanie did everything necessary to get the part a quickly as possible. We would like to give a special shout out to the Service Tech, Grayson who performed a difficult repair in 100+ degree temperatures. When things need repair on our RV and they will, this is and will be our go-to repair shop.

We had to be in Spokane Washington by 2pm the next day when the radiator broke so my friend driving me to Canada could catch his flight back to LA. Just when I thought I was going to be stranded, Richards Automotive came to my rescue. Even though it was late, they responded immediately and had us back on the road in no time. Alone, James found a perfectly matching radiator at a near by shop (an actual miracle) installed it and we made it back on the road that night. He also explained everything he was doing the whole time, eased my anxiety and was VERY reasonably priced. He even (very non judgementally) taught me where coolant goes haha. He even gave us ice cream sandwiches because it was late and we hadn't eaten. His willingness to help out at such a late hour and the quality of his work truly exceeded my expectations. If you ever find yourself in need of automotive help, God bless Richards Automotive. I would literally be stuck in reading without James.

Its been over 3 months and they still haven't finished the repairs. Every week its the same, they will call me (they never do), it will be done next week (never is), just waiting on a part... I can not stress this enough, they either don't know how to fix a thing, or they are milking work from the boss.
