Super clean dental office. They are very meticulous with the cleanings. Friendly staff and they seem to have the newest equipment.

I came here through a recommendation from a friend, and I was very impressed. The office is clean and well-maintained, and the staff at the front desk were extremely kind and welcoming. The dentist was very prompt and thorough with the examination and treatment. My gums are quite sensitive for my age, but the cleaning was done very carefully and thoroughly. Afterward, the dentist also explained how I should take care of my gums and teeth on a regular basis. I am very satisfied with my experience and will definitely continue coming here. read more

My absolute favorite dental office by far. All caregivers are super kind, gentle, and detailed in their works. My previous dentists were either too rough or even sometimes rude with their work but I know that whenever I come here great service is always guaranteed. Highly recommend!!! read more

Highly recommend! I had been visiting a dentist for years for cleanings and treatment, but the doctor was never able to determine the cause of the pain I had been experiencing for a long time. Finally, I had an X-ray done, and Dr. Jisoo was able to identify the source of the pain. It gives me such peace of mind to finally understand what was causing it. Cottonful Dental is an ultra modern dental facility, matched by extremely polite and cheerful team of professionals. Right from the receptionist to the doctor, I was treated with care, patience and helpful approach. After being assessed for my needs and the treatment, I felt that Dr. Jerome Choe is one of the best dentists I have had pleasure of being treated in my life of 90 odd years in three continents. Very good dentist, make you feel very relaxed and not nervous. Dr Jerome is also very knowledgeable and kind.

I just moved to Orange County recently, and finding a good dentist is never easy. I mean, who actually likes going to the dentist? Definitely not me. But after finding this clinic, I might be changing my mind! Both doctors are super friendly and really care about their patients--it's the first time I've felt like someone genuinely cares about my teeth, not just rushing me in and out or pushing unnecessary treatments. They give honest advice and only recommend what's truly needed. The staff are also so kind, and the office is super clean, modern, and welcoming. Honestly, such a good vibe here. If all dentists were like them, the world would be a better (and healthier!) place. Highly recommend! read more

I recently moved from LA to Irvine, and one of the most stressful parts of the move was finding a trustworthy dentist. My wife and I visited at least five different dental offices in Irvine, and sadly, we kept running into the same issues--overcharging, exaggerated advertising, and fear-based, unnecessary treatments. It was frustrating, especially since we had never experienced this kind of problem with dentists back in LA. Thankfully, a pastor from our church recommended Cottonful Dental, and everything changed. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by a clean, calming environment and kind, professional staff. Most importantly, the dentist provided care with honesty and genuine concern for our well-being. There were no hidden fees, and every cost was explained clearly--why it was necessary, what it covered, and what our options were. Using a 3D scan, the dentist showed us exactly what was going on with our teeth, step by step, and even explained what we should do for aftercare. What really stood out was the time and attention given to us. Unlike other places in Irvine where dentists seemed rushed and dismissive, here the doctor took the time to ask questions, explain everything, and proceed only after we fully understood and agreed. Their use of modern equipment helped me clearly understand my dental health and what treatments I should be prepared for in the future. It gave me peace of mind. If you've had painful or disappointing experiences with dental care in Irvine like we did, I truly recommend giving Cottonful Dental a visit. It's a breath of fresh air--and a place you can trust. read more

My experience with Cottonful Dental was amazing! It's located in a business complex and so there are plenty of parking spaces. Lack of parking can often stress people out even before they get into the clinic itself. The staff members were all amiable and welcoming. They were professional too! I wanted more clarity as to what was going on with one of my teeth as there have been two conflicting diagnoses about that tooth in my previous hospital. Dr. Jisoo treated me that day and she knew what she was doing. Using some state-of-the-art gear I've never seen before in other clinics, she examined my teeth with great attention to detail and was able to accurately gauge my situation with that presumably problematic tooth. I was very pleased to hear about that accurate diagnosis based on high-tech gear and expert knowledge from Dr. Jisoo. I would definitely recommend this clinic to others who are looking to find a reliable dental clinic to commit to! read more

Both of my kids recently visited this dental office, and we had a great experience. Dr. Choe was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly with a big smile, which really helped make the kids feel at ease. The staff were also kind and welcoming, and the friendly atmosphere made the visit surprisingly enjoyable for them. The office is new and modern, with very convenient parking right in front of the building. While I can only speak to our experience with pediatric care, it was excellent from start to finish. read more

Everyone in the clinic was very professional and welcoming! Dr. Jerome performed the regular check-up for me and also did dental cleaning. He was very meticulous and attentive with every step and he was making sure (e.g., asking if I am okay) that I was not experiencing any discomfort. The equipment and gears in the clinic seemed to be new. There was one equipment I haven't seen in other clinics that allowed for the 3D reconstruction of my how the inside of my mouth looks like. That revealed a small cavity in my lower inner most teeth. I would definitely recommend this clinic to others! :) read more

Let's start from the beginning. I made an appointment for teeth cleaning online. Then I got new patient paperwork which I was also able to complete online. I got a reminder call and text the day before to remind me of my appointment. When it was time for my appointment, reception was super friendly. I didn't need to fill out any more paperwork. The assistant took me for x-rays which went by super quick, even compared to my previous dentists who were also experienced. Dr. Jisoo did my teeth cleaning and the overall experience was excellent. Everyone here was warm and friendly. The recommendations made sense to me and there was zero perception that they were trying to sell me anything I didn't need, etc. the equipment is state of the art. My wife wanted me to try out this place first to see if I liked it before she would go so I was like her guinea pig. Happy to have found this place. Will definitely come back again. read more
