My experience with Cottonful Dental was amazing! It's located in a business complex and so there are plenty of parking spaces. Lack of parking can often stress people out even before they get into the clinic itself. The staff members were all amiable and welcoming. They were professional too! I wanted more clarity as to what was going on with one of my teeth as there have been two conflicting diagnoses about that tooth in my previous hospital. Dr. Jisoo treated me that day and she knew what she was doing. Using some state-of-the-art gear I've never seen before in other clinics, she examined my teeth with great attention to detail and was able to accurately gauge my situation with that presumably problematic tooth. I was very pleased to hear about that accurate diagnosis based on high-tech gear and expert knowledge from Dr. Jisoo. He was very meticulous and attentive with every step and he was making sure (e.g., asking if I am okay) that I was not experiencing any discomfort. The equipment and gears in the clinic seemed to be new. There was one equipment I haven't seen in other clinics that allowed for the 3D reconstruction of my how the inside of my mouth looks like. Let's start from the beginning. I made an appointment for teeth cleaning online. Then I got new patient paperwork which I was also able to complete online. I got a reminder call and text the day before to remind me of my appointment. When it was time for my appointment, reception was super friendly. I didn't need to fill out any more paperwork. The assistant took me for x-rays which went by super quick, even compared to my previous dentists who were also experienced. Dr. Jisoo did my teeth cleaning and the overall experience was excellent. Everyone here was warm and friendly. The recommendations made sense to me and there was zero perception that they were trying to sell me anything I didn't need, etc. the equipment is state of the art. My wife wanted me to try out this place first to see if I liked it before she would go so I was like her guinea pig. Happy to have found this place. Will definitely come back again. read more
