They offer a variety of beautiful clothing, footwear, accessories and neat items you won't find anywhere else. I came in looking to purchase a jacket for myself and left with items for my sister, niece and a coworker. Reasonable prices, for unique items I wouldn't have found elsewhere. I even picked up an eclectic collection of boxed matches for myself. Beautiful shop, I recommend you stop in and take a look at all of the beautiful offerings. You won't be disappointed.

So, I decided to go inside and check out what they have these days. There's a lot of eye candy in their shop. Besides new items, they also have gently used. What they have to offer doesn't look like it comes from a box store.  They have clothing for men and women. There's a nice selection of cowboy and cowgirl boots. The store has a southwestern feel to it. Besides clothing, they have bolos and earrings too. I love their soft, fringed leather bags.  I talked with the owner, who was very friendly. She has had the store for over a decade. There is parking on the street.

So I unfortunately had a terrible experience here. My bf has been raving about how awesome the…read morecacao is here and how it makes him feel very uplifted, so he was so excited for me to try it. I ended up projectile vomiting all the cacao I drank within less than ten minutes of drinking it and then felt pretty bad for a good while after. I ordered the elevate your energy plus springs. They do have cute jewelry in the store, and while I haven't purchased any of it yet, I feel the need to say it's still separate from the cacao experience. My bf said that usually there's a better introduction to the cacao drink from the person serving, and in our case we got zero introduction (apparently the owner usually provides an overview of cacao ceremonies and it's benefits, though we didn't get that this time around). And it's apparently usually better mixed instead of the gross sludge we were served that probz is what made me vomit anyways. If I based it on this one experience alone, it's def two stars or less. But I know they can be better and that the jewelry part of the store is also better than that which is why I settled on a three star review, which I felt was fair given my experiences.

I stumbled upon this unique and cute store while going clothes shopping with my gf next door at…read moreAmber Moon (one of her favs) and found my experience delightful. Not really knowing what kind of products they sell, I was happy to find beautiful fair-trade jewelry and a cacao bar. The jewelry is gorgeous and a lot of it had cool geometric designs which I thought looked awesome (lots of triangles and eyeballs). They also sell healing crystals which I do not know a whole lot about but the staff there was happy to share about their positive energy benefits. The thing I was most excited about was their ceremonial cacao though because this was something I had heard great things about but had yet to have the opportunity to partake in. I asked about what makes it a ceremonial cacao and was told that part of it is in the harvesting of the cacao and how the people involved in that process understand the sacred nature of this spiritual plant. You are free to have them make you a warm cup of cacao to drink there (they have a couple of seats outside) or they sell it by the brick for you to take home (I think the cacao brick is around $60). There are a few different options when ordering that has different tastes and health benefits. To be honest, though, the flavor of the cacao is similar to earth. After an interesting explanation of what cacao is and the different benefits associated with the combinations of flavors offered I decided on the Mama Amor that I was told helps to open up the heart space and promote healing. The other option I ordered was the elevate that I was informed helps to raise vibrations, but not like caffeine which tends to be short-lived, but in a more mellow, sustained kind of way, and I was not at all disappointed. Before drinking my cup I said some positive affirmations and a few prayers and I almost immediately felt my heart full of love and my energy being lifted into a place of positivity, healing, and gratitude. To be truly objective after a few great visits I did bring my gf here to share the experience with me and she did have a terrible reaction which included her being sick. However, she told me that she would like to go back and try the cacao again in the not-so-distant future. In the meantime though, I will enjoy stopping by occasionally to browse the gorgeous jewelry, sacred crystals and attempt to open up my heart space with a cup of ceremonial cacao.
