I checked the store hours and seen on Yelp that they close @10pm. To my surprise, they actually close at midnight. The lovely cashier informed me as I casually made conversation when I was paying for my stuff. She informed me that that stay open late for the holidays and go back to normal hours after. She was very warm and kind to me and she took great care of my purchase made. The selection available at this location is like at any other. Sometimes there is good stuff and sometimes there is barely anything. I think you have to be a proactive ROSS shopper to know the best deals and days to come. The only one I know of is because of my mom, she's a senior and makes it a point to go to her local Ross on Tuesday because of Ross Senior Discount Tuesdays - Ross is a discount retailer that provides people 55+ years with a 10 percent discount on Tuesdays. I LOVE ROSS for all my household and clothing needs. I always find the best shoes, boots, work clothes & shoes, purses, toys for kids and toddles, clothes for babies, etc. I also find great deals on gifts for all occasions. Anything from baby showers to weddings, literally any event! You can find something here and at a great price! This location is great ! Keep up the great work everyone !

The interior of this store has that classic edgy vibe with dark decor, loud music, and walls full of graphic tees, hoodies, chains, backpacks. Even though it has that dark decor and vibe, they still sell cute anime or Disney accessories. I like their variety of Loungefly backpacks and they are cool to collect and also can be quite expensive. I also browsed their clearance section which contained a lot of T-shirts, anime hoodies, Sanrio merchandise, and goth-inspired accessories like chokers, jewelry, and platform shoes. Service was good. Some employees are friendly and helpful when it comes to finding sizes or locating specific merchandise. However, a lot of times the prices aren't marked so I had to take it to the register to get the value.

The staff is so helpful, especially Pow. She helped us navigate the store and find what we needed. "Go on lunch," "Handle that." It felt excessive and honestly uncomfortable to witness. The tone came across as micromanaging rather than supportive leadership. I genuinely felt bad for the employees. They all looked tense and miserable, and it created an awkward atmosphere while shopping. Every employee there is an adult and seemed fully capable of doing their jobs without being directed every few seconds over a radio. The only bright spot was Destiney, who helped us toward the end of our visit. She was friendly, motivated, and actually seemed happy to assist. Her positive attitude made a big difference and salvaged what was otherwise a stressful in-store experience. I hope management considers how their leadership style affects both employees and customers. A more supportive approach would go a long way.

I walked into my local Marshall's (Eastland Center) and asked a floor employee if they still had any and she had no idea what I was talking about. I got on my phone and looked up the next nearest location which turned out to be Glendora. I rang them up and a gentleman by the name of Enrique politely placed me on hold and within moments confirmed they had four available. While on the call I had started to make my way over because I had ten minutes until they closed the store. I let Enrique know I was on my way and he told me there was no certainty I'd be able to make the purchase if I arrived after 9:30 pm. Having worked retail, I completely understood this. I'm sure all the employees had worked a hard day and would want to be starting their closing duties but I figured I would try. I was fortunate to catch a string of green lights and pulled into the parking lot seconds before 9:30. Enrique was by the items I had inquired about and had a dolly ready to transport whichever I chose to the register. I settled on an 80 lbs bag and quickly made my purchase. The woman who rang me up was also very courteous, friendly, and professional (I'm sorry I didn't catch your name) but thank you for the service you provided. After I paid, Enrique continued to be a major help by carting the item to my car and helping me load it. The level of service at the Glendora location was infinitely superior to that of my local location. The staff at Glendora all had a positive energy that was felt in the store. They had closed their store and the last customers they rang up, so I understand the eagerness that employee might feel when the end of the day has come and they just are ready to get their clothing duties done and head home for a much deserved nights rest. Based on the level of tenderness and service provided by Enrique and his coworkers, I will be traveling the extra miles to shop this location instead of my local store at the Eastland Center. Thank you all much so much. I'm so happy with my purchase and it was a refreshing reminder that good customer service; one that goes above and beyond, still exists.

Every time I stop in, it feels chaotic, with merchandise packed everywhere and very little breathing room to browse comfortably. The store almost always seems overcrowded, and the checkout lines tend to be long, which tests my patience when I was hoping for a quick look around. I usually love the treasure hunt aspect of TJ Maxx, but this location makes it harder to enjoy that part of the experience. I walked through the entire store without a single employee greeting or acknowledging me. No one asked if I needed assistance or if I wanted to be measured for sizing There were two female employees standing at the center register chatting the entire time while clearly seeing me walk around the store, yet neither offered even a simple "hello." I eventually helped myself, went to the fitting room, and even had to ring the bell for assistance. After finishing, I walked up to the register where one employee was helping another customer while the other stood behind the register doing something else - still no acknowledgement, no eye contact, not even an "I'll be right with you!" The complete lack of customer service and professionalism was honestly shocking. I will absolutely not be returning to this company.
