A very nice FS hotel restaurant, where you can't beat the attentive service. The Miso Salmon Salad was really delicious, and the main entree, I ordered the Cavatelli, with lentils, which might seem odd, but I really love them. Now, in the entree's description in mention Cacio e Pepe, which is one of my favorite dishes, but it really has to be done right. Although this dish was fine, it really laced the zest of strong black pepper. But overall, at dinner we were well looked after, and the food was satisfying. For a FS Hotel the prices were very reasonable and the Miso Salmon Salad was served very cold, and the pasta dish was served very hot. Thank you Cotto Crudo.

This place deserves better rating. The seafood is fresh and great homemade pasta. The wine list is lacking, but, they make great cocktails.

Lovely meal at this serene hotel restaurant. The view of the castle was enhanced by a brief fireworks show. Service was first rate and food was quite good. Raw tuna appetizer was good. Pasta and clams entree fine too. Wine selection was modest for a Four Seasons, but okay. Overall, though, a welcome break from local fare.

This restaurant located in the beautiful Four Seasons Hotel with an amazing view over the river and Palace has potential to make it big. Unfortunately they lost their Michelin star rating recently and now we know why. Service mediocre, food similarly served and the wine list lacks an assortment priced "in between" low and high (price goes from 1000 CZK directly to 9600 CZK to 21000 CZK on their Pinot Noire selection). Best was their trio of cheeses - We loved the Burrata they serve. Best visited on the patio outside (we were sitting inside) - and inside was totally empty this Saturday evening as the picture shows. We will be back at this awesomely located hotel but for now this restaurant will be a backup of a backup restaurant at best.

We recently stopped by Cotto Crudo's bar on a cold Prague Sunday afternoon and had a delightful time.

The waitress was friendly, attentive and kind to the eyes while the couple a few feet away enjoyed their wide selection of wines and aperitifs. (I told them I was proud of their public display of joy!) My italian friends from Florida remarked on the traditional ambiance and downright homey feel of the place. So we came again to satisfy his cravings. We ordered the Margherita pizza to share as our appetizer and only finished half but it was soooo good. Simple and delicious with fresh basil leaves garnish. Something unusual happened on this evening . There was a power outage for a while but I need to say... the staff handled it very smoothly , assuring diners that things will be ok soon. They were calm. We were more than confident , staying put and enjoying ourselves. Dishes came out quickly . There were LED lights on the table already and so we didn't skip a beat. Great place all around! We will be back!

The sauce seemed to have been made from a can (1 star off) as the diced tomatoes tasted different than the whole tomatoes that were added to the dish later; the whole tomatoes tasted way better. My husband got the pinsa alla diavola, which was like a spicy pepperoni pizza. It was fine, but reminded me of a pizza at a kids' birthday party (1 star off), maybe only slightly better. I made a reservation a month in advance, but did not know I had to specifically request for tables outside on the river. When we arrived, only a few outdoor tables were taken, but was told the rest were reserved, so we were seated indoors instead. When we finished our dinner, the same few outdoor tables were occupied. I don't know why the restaurant couldn't just stagger the guests for the outdoor tables according to their reservation times.

It was my second visit to Prague so I was taking my time to see more than the "must see things." As I said, I stumbled onto the restaurant because I was taking in the park where artists were painting, people were reading and I pulled out my phone to use the Merlin app to identify birds that were singing. It was totally picturesque. But I wasn't hungry. So I regretfully moved on without eating there. Imagine the elation a few days later when someone in our group booked a dinner reservation for us at the same place I was regretting having missed! With a group of a dozen of us, I think someone ordered everything on the menu. We were all thrilled. We had appetizers , cocktails and entrees -- everything we had was great! The restaurant is family-owned and we were treated to the son being a primary server for our group. Now and then dad was part of the picture too and we enjoyed the added dynamic. Pretty sure the son is on point for Americans as his English was on point. They were great hosts!
