Nadine then said she would try to reach the manager to troubleshoot. She phoned me back minutes later. Likely, she did not reach a manger, but said that she asked another employee to come in and cover for her while she personally delivers the cake. A business's success is dependent on its employees. They are its heart and determine whether or not it will build loyal customers and succeed. Nothing Bundt Cakes is a great brand that offers expected product consistency at all locations, but it's the people that set a specific location apart from others. Having the enormous choice can help mitigate some of this due to having such a large variety of available items at different price points.
