Nadine then said she would try to reach the manager to troubleshoot. She phoned me back minutes later. Likely, she did not reach a manger, but said that she asked another employee to come in and cover for her while she personally delivers the cake. A business's success is dependent on its employees. They are its heart and determine whether or not it will build loyal customers and succeed.
