It clearly had been sitting for at least a couple of days. What I received sent a clear message: they don't value their customers. It's profit over people. They were inedible by my standards, but I bit into two different pastries to give them the benefit of the doubt. They weren't just old and stale--they were bland and stingy on the filling. It was obvious they were several days past shelf life and likely not appetizing even when freshly baked. It honestly felt like the cashier just went in the back and threw a handful of old leftovers into a bag. My experience was 4 months ago, I waited and came back here to check out other reviews older and newer before changing mines just in case it was a one off situation.
