We had a negative experience at another boarding place in our city so we were hesitant, asked a gazillion questions, and requested a tour prior to leaving them....this place is AMAZING. No cages here! They had their own mini room together, we brought in their dog beds to have a good smell from home while they stayed. There are SEVERAL play areas inside and out with play equipment, there's area for both small and large dogs to keep them segregated if needed. They also offer individual play time if you dogs doesn't play nice with others. There are 2 pools (indoor and outdoor) which my dogs didn't get to use, but I hope they will next time. It's staffed by a bunch of young, kind, energetic animal lovers. We felt completely at ease leaving our pups there and will definitely do it again. The only thing I wish was different was I had hoped there was a live steam or a photo blog of that days guests so we could peek in on our pups while we were gone. No biggie that they didn't have this, it would have just been icing on the cake.

They always comment on my dogs. My last visit, I added a shampoo and brush out. They added an extra 5 dollar charge on my Aussi-corgi (Auggie). The groomer said she was heavily matted! I did bit know my dog was matted, because she looked fine! She explained that double coated dogs coats can "lay down" on the skin and create a layer of fur. This dog has had heat stroke issues for a few years now. After this grooming, and the removal of all the undercoat, she is cooling off properly! The groomer knows her stuff! Thank you! The boarding rates are the best in town. But with all the add one such as day play and walks, they are the same rates as everyone. Fair enough! My dogs love this place, and so do I.

Have used grooming service twice before and was very happy with the results. So made an appointment online for Sept 27th. Got email saying "can't accept" reservation. Called and made appointment for 30th of Sept. I was told I would get a text confirmation. No text came. Called again to confirm for grooming appointment because it was next day. I was told it wasn't in the system but might be in the appointment book in a different building. Then i was told appointment was for the following week on Oct 7th. Had to reschedule and called to cancel - then got some "service" that wasn't even on site of the facilities. They didn't even see any appointment? Then I get a call back asking if I still wanted to cancel the appointment? I was told there must have been a "miscommunication" - like I was the one to blame for their ridiculous booking appointment so-called "service" Already have appointment with a different grooming provider. Very disappointed. My dog liked the groomer.

this business is trash my sister took her cat here and they told her to switch the cats diet…read morebecause he was eating too much despite being a normal weight for his size, he proceeded to poop everywhere and then when she took him back they said he was underweight she ended up going back to what she was feeding him before and he went back to normal. her cat had a tooth infection they did not tell her about which she found out from a different vet after not trusting this one, she also spent hundreds on bloodwork which they have no record of. when discussing this her former roommate chimed in that one of their friends took their dog here over vacation and it died while they were out of town! he said they were not notified about it until they went to pick up their dog. if you want proper care or just to see your pet again i'd consider going somewhere else for your animals veterinary needs.

The motel was given an hour heads-up upon my parents returning to pick up the dogs, to find their legs covered in door feces and soaked in urine. You couldn't even bother to help clean them up even once while they were there??? Their legs were matted with feces!! My parents gave contact information should there be any problems during the dog's stay, but they were never contacted. Upon pickup, the staff said they did great while there. My parents were in shock and rushed the dogs home to bathe immediately and feed as they hardly ate during their stay. My parents had to take the 15 year old, otherwise generally healthy, shitzu to the vet asap the next day as he was very lethargic and almost did not recover from the week's stay at Trude's. Maybe if your dog is large and spends a fair amount of time outdoors normally might you have a decent experience. You would think with a veterinarian on site that they would take more pride in their services. BE WARNED! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE IF YOU LOVE THEM!!! If I could give negative stars, I would.

Had an excellent experience with Parkview animal hospital. I searched for a vet that could help…read morewith my low income situation, as I have mental illness with disability and am on Medicaid. I called Parkview animal hospital because they had a walk-in clinic and the reviews were high. My labradoodle klondike had an ear infection, it was really bothering him and I really needed to get vet care for my fur baby, but no income to lean on. I spoke to Sarah at the front desk, and she gave me a whole list of places that would have ability to help people that need financial assistance for their pets. I had limited time because of my situation and having to wait for my support group to be able to take me to and from the veterinarian. I called back to Parkview animal hospital and Sarah said to come in and get an estimation of how much it' was going to cost and then can you fill out an application so they could hook me up with Sadie's fund who helps with cases like mine, people that need financial help with fur baby needs. Klondike, my labradoodle is my baby, he's my emotional support animal and I would do anything for him He helps me through so much on a daily basis. I wanted to make him feel better and I finally had hope. My peer support person and myself went to Parkview and Sarah was there, she remembered me, she was super nice and welcoming. The hospital is really clean and big and has lots of toys and food and a TV for nature programs. It is a really friendly and comfy environment. Even though it's a big vet hospital, it feels like a small clinic. Ava gave us an estimate and then submitted my application to Sadie's dog fund, and I was approved later that day. The next day we went back to Parkview, and they did everything that was needed, including giving me meds and drops for his ears, they cleaned his ears and did a cytology. Dr Amy was incredible, super sweet, super nice and informative She was even with my stubborn labradoodle klondike, she confirmed the estimate and made sure I knew how much I would owe once the fund was applied. Klondike wanted to hide under the chair behind my peer support person's legs and Dr Amy and Kennedy gave him some Cheerios and he was good to go. I can't tell you how happy I am and how happy he is now and how much they made a difference on our lives. I was treated with respect, care and understanding, Parkview really cares about your furry family, They are communicative, I had gotten a text before the visit that I was approved for Sadie's dog fund and then also received an email with all the vets instructions for Klondike's care, and our receipt from the visit. The experience was more than I could ever ask for. If you need to take your pet to a walk in clinic I strongly recommend Parkview animal Hospital.Thank you for helping me and my fur baby Klondike.
