Costi's Seafoods in Castle Hill generally has a lot of people queuing up around it. You have to take a ticket and wait in line it gets so busy.
I've given up trying on a Saturday or Sunday preferring to go during the week when there are less people.
The choice of fish is unbelievable: they have ling, perch, salmon, trout, snapper, whole fish, fillets, cutlets, shellfish and the list goes on and on.
They have a whole section of the counter devoted to whole fish which they will fillet for you. They also sell sauces to go with the fish.
Everything is fresh, fresh, fresh!
At Christmas you have to order beforehand or you don't stand a chance. They have about seven or eight people serving but it never seems to be enough.
They aren't connected to any other fish shop bearing the name Costi.
