The fish all looks fine here. However, asked about the gravlax, and first the staff member did not know what it was at all, then tried to tell me it was not salmon but a totally different fish! (Gravlax is traditionally cured salmon).
Then while I was waiting for my order, the owner quite rudely called over a lady who had a stall in the walk space between Nicholas and IGA, and told her she had to remove her sign because it was "in front of his shop" . In fact, the sign was in front of a blank wall beside the end of his 15 metres of windows full of seafood, and could not possibly interfere with his business, and I had earlier heard this lady promoting the seafood to her own customers while chatting with them.
