They also sell marinated chicken. Great if your having a party. They also sell the best cuts of meat and inexpensive mince steak. When they opened they sold just the poultry but everybody in the area kept telling them to put in meat as they were very convenient to people in the are which is a fair way from shops. They had a dispute with the council and it took them a couple of years to get a licence but they were finally successful and all the locals are now very happy. And, the word has spread. People drive from Baulkham Hills and Castle Hill to shop there.

I guess ACA isn't all about dodgy tradies and dead beat dads after all. When I told the butcher I was looking to try a few of the sausages, suggestions started coming in from customers as well. I walked out with 5 different types (sang choy bao, Texan, spicy Italian, pork and truffle, and smoky maple). I'm still looking for Australia's best bacon, so I grabbed some of that as well. Overall, really good sausages. Pork truffle and Italian were my favourites. The sang choy bao tasted exactly like a sang choy bao. I'll leave it to you to decide whether that should be a flavour enjoyed in sausage form. A word of warning though: the ACA nutritionist mentioned that sausages aren't an every day food and having more than 2 a day increases your chance of bad things by a milionty percentage points. Or something like that. I was too busy drooling over TCB's sausages to really pay attention at that point.

They have large display areas of specials out the front of the shop and they also have some discount fruit and veggies at the backof the shop that need to be used on the day. As well as selling quality fruit and vegetables, . They have a deli which sells cold meats olives and sundried tomatoes . The meat is always sliced fresh so that they only slice what is needed the way that you like it. The meat is very fresh and always delicious. They have a great selection of cheeses and dips - my favourite is the beetroot hommous - so delicious they also have a wide selection of breads pastas and sauces which means this can be a one stop shop without having to go to Coles nearby. The prices may sometimes be more tahn you would pay at Coles but the I have found paying a bit extra for quality is often worth it, if you are on a budget you can always check the prices and quality at the nearby Coles before you buy anything here. I would highly recommend this to anyone that lives in the area

They have all sorts of chicken, chicken cuts thighs, breasts etc. They also have marinated chicken and ready prepared meals that you just have to pop in the oven: Chicken and Camembert, Chicken loaf, Chicken Cordon Bleu and all sorts of things that sound lovely but you can't be bothered cooking. They also have specially priced packs with useful combinations that save you money. For people who love chicken, you can't go wrong.
