I rarely eat ceviche since I usually don't care for citrus flavors, but I enjoyed this since the salmon remained the star of the plate. + DAINTREE BARRAMUNDI FILLET GRILLED (A$38): A perfectly sized fillet was delicate, moist and didn't have any bones! I also loved the salted barra croquette, a fritter of potato and barramundi, which was fried to a golden brown and light inside.
