I ordered the furniture on February 12, 2023, with the assurance that it would be delivered within 3 months. In May, I contacted Blue Moon regarding the delivery, and they were unable to provide a date. They sent me grey-color furniture that wouldn't fit my home as a temporary replacement and a table full of scratches, which my husband disliked. Despite calling and emailing them to repair the damage or provide me with the furniture I asked for, my attempts to rectify the situation, they failed to address the issue. When I asked them to give my money back, they declined. Subsequent attempts to resolve the matter directly with the store's management were met with unresponsiveness and disrespect. Sylvia, the owner of the Blue moon emporium replied very rudely and she stopped communicating with me afterwards saying that you are not even allowed to visit the store. They asked a lawyer, Elizabeth Pappas, to communicate with me regarding the furniture. After waiting for months, my furniture was eventually delivered on December 12th, with a subpar quality. The high density foam that I ordered was not there. The couch foam was poor quality and was already sunken at the time of delivery of furniture. I called bluemoon and sent them the pictures, with no response on repair or replacement.

Definitely worth the drive! The store was clean, well-organized, and had great displays of different projects on the walls. And unlike some other stores, there is room to move around and they even have shopping carts (a rare find in fabric stores). Great selection of fabrics and surprisingly great/lower prices. On top of all this, the customer service was incredible! We were greeted upon arrival, had our fabrics carried for us to the cutting table and were helped by several different staff and the manager (who spent a considerable amount of time with us)-- Incredible customer service--retail stores could learn a lot from this crew! Overall, a 5-star experience. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Even when we (my wife and I) were going to purchase, the service was poor. We were ignored. It was not busy. We have talked with 2 individuals in separate locations (Kenaston and Stapleton) that were very knowledgeable. The reason for the 2 stars in this review. The real test was a question regarding a grill that was not purchased at Luxe. No help was offered. The same question directed at another business produced a wealth of information. We did not make a new purchase here, and we will not go back to this business in future.

The couch cushion had multiple pulls within a week of purchase. I went to the store multiple times, sent multiple emails with a dozen photos attached. Zero assistance and zero accountability.
