    They really upsell the long warranty on premiums grills but they are worthless. I should have bought a cheaper unit than a Napoloean.

    I purchased a sleeper style sectional last year from the Brick on Regent and purchased the…read moreprotection plan they offer with it. I made a warrant claim, as the couch was defective and falling apart. Despite them advertising that they would cover 100% of the cost when purchased, they only provided me with 70% of cost. I wasn't thrilled but it wasn't the end of the world. I then decided to purchase a love-seat recliner from a salesperson named Chris. Everything seemed pretty straightforward with the purchase at the time. I got a call a couple of weeks after purchase confirming that delivery would be on a specific date. Due to my work schedule, I had to book off the entire day in order to be home. I get a call after the purchase asking if I'd like to buy warranty on the couch, and I agree. I go back in to the store and meet with Chris, who helps me with the purchase of the warranty. Right as I purchase the warranty, he says he might have made a mistake on the delivery. I clarify what that means, and he says to not worry about it as he will fix it, and it's just a technical problem. I confirm with him that I should still expect delivery on the agreed upon date and he says yes. Fast forward to the day before the expected delivery, I receive a call from the Brick, asking what day I'd like to have delivery on. I told them that it was already confirmed for tomorrow, but they tell me that Chris cancelled the delivery date when I came in to purchase the warranty. I asked to speak with Chris who just continued to dodge my questions and told me I have to book a new date. I asked to speak with the manager, Steve, who was also unprofessional and just kept telling me that Chris told me previously that he changed the delivery date (which was incorrect). When I told him how frustrating it was that I took a day off work for nothing, he told me that I got the couch on sale so I should just be happy with what I'm getting. Not only was it beyond frustrating to have my delivery date moved for no reason, and not being told about it until the day before, I was also extremely disappointed with how Chris and Steve dealt with it. I've shopped at the Brick on Kenaston and bought about four different types of furniture from them. Every purchase from the Brick on Kenaston was seamless, and the staff were super easy to deal with, however this is my first interaction with the Brick on Regent, and I am beyond frustrated. I will never come back here again, and will continue to never recommend anyone to shop here.

    This is my 3rd time ordering from the Brick. This last time will be my last as it is always the…read moresame issue. This last time I ordered, I ordered all of my kitchen appliances and living room furniture as me and my partner and I are building a new house. We were told that at the time of purchase, the items would be in stock. This was May 2, 2024. So we spent about 7K. Not to mention, my partner works on infills, meaning he will be purchasing new appliances every 6 months. You would think think they would treat us with respect and open communication. (You would hope this for any customer) In June, I received an email and phone call that my purchases were ready for pick up. When I arrived to pick up, I was told part of my order was not available and it would come in mid-July. Mid July came around, told mid-August, guess what, it's mid-August, and I'm being told mid-September. The only thing they offered me was to come down and exchange for another couch. We would have to bring down the sleeper ourselves, return it, and pick up a new set of furniture. Also, minus the first call saying we could come pick up the furniture, I did not receive any emails or phone calls updating me that my order was no longer available or that there were delays. I'm 9 months pregnant. My due date was yesterday. They think it's appropriate customer service to ask a 9 month pregnant person to load up a sleeper and return it to the brick and shop around for another couch and carry that home too. No discount offered, no free delivery or pickup offered, not even an apology or explanation why I was told over the phone and by email that my parts were all available for pick up. Please see the attached email to show proof that I was notified that my couch was available for pick up.
