I stopped at this Costco finally! They had way shorter of a line for gas for some reason than the other Costco. Maybe it was just the timing. I love their gas pumps. You can pump on either side becuase the pump hoses reach around your car. read more

Backstory: I had my oil changed SOMEWHERE ELSE so let's make sure that when you're reading this you fully understand that Costco did NOT change my oil Anyway I had my oil changed and I always have whatever place I'm having to change my oil to replace my wiper's. That person broke my back wiper blade and threw the multiple pieces in the hatchback and then told me that they didn't have the right size to replace it. I figured it was a simple fix and I'd take care of it until I was getting air in my tires just now AT THIS COSTCO. When I saw the wiper blade in the hatch of my car I nearly freaked out but luckily I saw a very nice gentleman heading into the garage and I asked if he could please help. He was amazing and very polite and professional and explained everything to me in a kind and calming way. Unless you're a local here in Madison County Alabama or been here at least as long as I have you most likely will not understand this next part, however I feel that I have to say it like this, since the growth so much of the things I have loved about being a Southerner and being raised down here has left and it's saddening... however today I am very proud to say that I finally after 4.5 years I seen the southern hospitality that I have been missing since the huge growth hit. The community is so excited to have a new Costco. This Costco is perfectly located in the new Clift Farm development of homes, restaurants, and businesses. The crowds are already lined up and ready to enter the doors. The shelves and freezers are perfectly stocked and liquor bottles are stacked like toy soldiers. The shiny new store awaits to serve the North Alabama community. The only critique is that Costco should develop a Scan and Go app function similar to Sam's Club to ease checkout congestion. Came here on opening day and it was a mad house. Just packed full of customers hoping to find deals. They sell sushi at this location. Bought some sushi and the fish was not sliced razor thin. The only issue is it is like in everything else in Costco, extra large portions so you better be hungry. One difference I saw from the Parkway store was the self-checkout lane was on the left end of the checkout counters. read more

This is a well run Costco store. Friendly people to help you. Seems to be a bit larger than the other store in Huntsville. As someone else mentioned, there are more gas pumps, so less of a wait. Lots of parking. read more

Since moving to Alabama a few years ago, it was almost impossible to find Dad's Root Beer, especially in glass bottles. I found one grocery store that would special order it. The other grocery stores refused to special order. The excuse was, "that's not locally available." Today walking through Costco at Cliff Farms lo and behold, Costco had a whole pallet full of Dad's Root Beer and in glass bottles. What a find! Somehow, Costco was able to locally source it. . Brand new store that opened recently. Easy access and great parking! Store is always stocked. We just wish they would get the Bibigo Honey Chicken back in stock! The floral department is great! Hot dog and soda $1.50. Pizza $1.99 fresh, hot and the ice cream is great! Clean restrooms. read more

Auto center damaged my vehicle and the tire center referred me to the assistant general manager. AGM basically said, that sucks but I'm not doing anything about it. Now they're all giving me the run around. Avoid Costco and this store! read more

Daughter went to Costco to run an errand for us. We gave her our card. They let her in the door to shop. After an hour of shopping they would not let her check out. She offered to get us on the phone but rudely refused. The cashier was very rude to her and made my daughter leave all the groceries she had spent over an hour collecting. She left the store embarrassed and in tears. Shame on you Costco. You just lost a longtime loyal customer. read more
