Very Rick James'ish (LOL but cute. You get it). The curls were dry, and looked like the tracks put in the unit were of hair that had been used previously. they were that poofy and pulled out. The unit had a horrible smell to it. Like bleach and hot mold. I was really bummed out. I had to give the unit a warm and cold wash.. Conditioned the unit overnight.. TBH as soon as I wet the unit and started to treat it, the hair came to life! The curls are actually gorgeous!! And they snap right back after a wash. I didn't even need to comb the unit , as soon as I started washing the hair it automatically de tangled. So granted I didnt receive my unit in the best of conditions and had to do some work to it. The hair itself is really good quality hair and contrary to the Better Business reports on this business the owner was really kind and professional to me.
