If you are ever in Canada, make sure Costco Food Court is on your list of places to visit!! It was on my "must do" list and I walked out satisfied and disappointed that they don't offer these in the states. We got the following items: - Beef Hotdog - Polish Dog - wings (10 pcs) - poutine The wings were awesome, wish they had these in the states. It was crispy and perfectly seasoned, don't need the buffalo or bbq sauce. Poutine - it hit the spot perfectly, they put a lot of cheese curds. Definitely this is a must to get. If you are not a fan of cheese curds, ask them for less. Can't go wrong with the hotdogs - $1.50 CAN, which means it's cheaper than the states. Self order, they take Costco Citi Visa card. Food comes out quickly, the only draw back, there's limited seating. read more

Like any other Costco Warehouse, it has ample parking spots available in front the warehouse and it's a one-stop-shop for all your groceries, home accessories, and gardening. Great variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, meat and seafood, dairy products, deli, etc. You just need to choose the time of your visit wisely as it's busier during afternoons/evenings and you need to stay in lineup for checkout or you'd have trouble finding parking spot. read more

It's a very nice store, like all costcos. Only complain is the dairy section is small. Service is nice, lot of variety of products. Bang for the buck. Everything is worth the price. read more

Very well managed. Great employees. Handy if you like to pick up gas and go to a movie afterwards. A better area

This is one huge Costco! They always have a good selection of items, but man is it busy here. Thankfully the aisles are pretty wide for you to maneuver your cart around. The staff is friendly at the checkouts and the food court line moves pretty fast. The propane gas refill works well and it's inexpensive, with a standard BBQ tank refill usually going for under $10. The gas bar is insane and today I was here at 5:55pm on a Sunday, 5 minutes before it closed, and there were still long lines! My advice, if you are going to get gas or shop here, come right when it opens, much better experience. read more

This location is not in compliance with the public health order. Specifically as is relates to face covering exemptions. Section 2 of the mandate outlines exemptions from having to wear a face covering, specifically for people with disabilities. My wife, who has a medical condition that affects her breathing, was there tonight and was harrassed by 3 separate employees. She had to explain her medical condition to each of them and the last guy insisted that she wear a shield that blurred her vision and made her dizzy. Fortunately this was at the end of her visit. This store is a disgrace and should be fined for non-compliance with the pubic health order. read more

This may just be one of my favourite Costco locations! I always have been able to checkout super fast at this location! YASS! They always have a good selection of items, never seems too picked over and everything just seems so well stocked. The gas bar is usually also moves fairly fast as well. I may just be lucky when I am able to come to this location through my travels, if it were closer to me, I would come more frequently! read more

On February 4 at about 3:30 pm I lined up outside in the freezing cold to return an item. Upon entering the store, the female supervisor ( with a red vest ) loudly screeched at me in front of others; ordering to ensure the mask was placed above my nose and ordering me exactly where to stand; in one quick screech. Just after me she continued to screech at an old woman; ordering her to have her mask placed on her face, when she was in the middle of doing so. The older lady seemed shaken and nervous by the incident; as she seemed rushed; and her hands started shaking when continuing placing her mask over her face. I conclude that the staff at this store takes their customers for granted to comply with COVID-19 rules; not considering the long wait in freezing temperatures; along with the difficulty in inhaling and breathing one's own carbon dioxide while the mask on; ignoring the fact that virus is so microscopic that it can easily pass through any mask; as proved by the increasing COVID-19 cases. read more

My review is based on a busy Saturday. I have both worked for and shopped at the Burlington store. Thought we'd try Ancaster. The parking lot seems bigger, as does the store. Each aisle had a pretty good traffic jam, and people behind you nudging your ankles w carts. One guy actually hit me and I gave him a dirty look. He said sorry. This location does have a gas bar. The line up looked like a border crossing on Black Friday. LOL. I did not want to wait 20 minutes for 3 cents per litre off with a 4 year old in the back seat. To get out, I cut though the chaos of traffic and some guy honked at me, pulled up beside me and asked me if I had a problem. LOL. Kind of a douch move, but I was just doing what I had to (and I commute to Toronto everyday so I am used to the every man for himself game). Ahh well -- worth trying and next time we won't go on a weekend. Thanks for providing a second option Costco Ancaster :) read more

Bakery is amazing, I was never fully aware about the bakery and its products until I had a conversation with a bakery employee. The worker made me feel welcomed and not a bother whilst he was stacking boxes of cookies! His professionalism regarding bakery products was a very helpful piece of knowledge to me as I never bought much from the bakery before! But because of him and the bakery quality I have now added a few Costco Bakery items in my weekly grocery list. Many staff members would bend their backs to assist you! They often go beyond basic customers service. - employee name is : Abe Ahmed Pharmacy has a long line up but it clears up generally fast, I enjoy the resto fries and great prices. Parking is hard to find sometimes and it can get very very busy. The one change they can make is trying to upkeep with clean bathrooms! But I guess with the rush it can be hard! read more

We love this store for paper products, bakery and meats. Of course the staff are fantastic. Have you noted the toilet paper rolls (Kirkland) have gotten shorter lately. They fit the holder now. I've heard they may open one in BRANTFORD soon. read more

Staff are kind and courteous and bend over backwards to assist you. Larger collection then the Burlington store and better prices on the grocery merchandise. Check out lines are always long but they don't seem to be as long as they look. Staff are quick and efficient as they still help you to the best they can. read more
