They were so honest and that goes a long way in my book. They also had yelp review signs all over the customer waiting area. So you can tell they are conscious of customer service. The only warning I give, is if you are waiting in the waiting area, the smell of tires can be over whelming. Like really over whelming. There are some stores close buy so you may want to go shopping. We were pleasantly surprised, they were friendly, honest and the turn around had us out the door in just over an hour. They were very down to earth people, the owner was on site and when asked if we wanted the tire warranty he said oh never mind your not local, but did say if we had any ANY problems at all he would find a location, with cooper tires and make things right.
