Felix fixed the timing belt got a new engine with under 70k miles and as an added bonus restocked all my fluids and "winterized" the car. He assured me that if i had ANY issues to give him a call. I was at a red light today and when the light turned green my car would'nt move. when I tried to drive or even put it in park there was a horrible metal grinding sound. I had to keep my foot on the gas because the car would roll backwards when in drive or park. I called Felix hysterically crying on his personal cell phone and he immediately dropped what he was doing to come tow the car. Felix arrived within 15-20 minutes towed the car, took it back to the shop, and figured out that an axel had blew. He fixed it within under an hour. The best part is that it was FREE OF CHARGE! Felix goes above and beyond for his customers and he genuinely cares and will do his absolute best to get you the cheapest price. 10 out of 10, I wont ever bring my car anywhere else and will now always refer people here!
